Intelligent Mobile Toilets in Shenzhen Qianhai Seaside Park: These toilets are fully equipped and prioritize hygiene and convenience. Disposable toilet seat covers, combined with a no-touch, wave-activated automatic replacement function, effectively prevent cross-infection and ensure the hygiene and safety of users. Although the video intercom was not used during the experience, it provides a communication channel for emergencies. Most facilities inside the toilet are designed to be touch-free, such as touch-free faucets, hand sanitizers, hand dryers, wave-activated trash cans, and the toilet seat cover replacement function, greatly facilitating users and reducing the risk of spreading germs through contact, reflecting an intelligent and user-friendly design concept.
Temporary Mobile Public Toilets in the Guiwan Section of Qianhai Stone Park (including Shuangjie Estuary): These toilets offer annual leasing services with comprehensive service content. This includes regular fecal removal to ensure cleanliness and hygiene, replenishment of consumables to ensure normal facility operation, inspection of equipment status to promptly identify and resolve issues, and a 2-hour response time for on-site repairs, ensuring continuous availability of the toilets. The basic configuration includes squat toilets, sinks, toilet paper, trash cans, air conditioners, and exhaust systems, meeting the basic needs of users. In terms of equipment configuration, air conditioners provide a comfortable toilet environment, while fresh water tanks and sewage tanks (with a capacity of 1-2 thousand liters) ensure normal toilet operation. Deodorization and vacuum systems effectively improve the air quality inside the toilets. All leased items comply with national safety standards and industry norms, ensuring no safety hazards and full functionality. The service scope is clearly defined, with 5 units placed on the west side of Qianhai Stone Park and in the Shuangjie area, with 5 toilet stalls per unit, totaling 10 toilet stalls. The service period is 30 days, covering multiple holidays and event days, with the specific execution time subject to notification. Additionally, there are qualification requirements for lessees, who must provide at least one mobile toilet product leasing service or supply performance case from the past five years (January 2020 - November 2025), along with the first page, main content page, and both parties' stamped pages of the contract.
