Effect of Puyang Prefabricated Houses
The effect of Puyang prefabricated houses is mainly reflected in the diverse characteristics of three types of products: mobile villas, container houses, and cement mobile houses, covering aspects such as flexibility, functionality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Mobile villas have core advantages in terms of flexible mobility and high integration. The house is equipped with axles or a towing device at the bottom, enabling short- or long-distance transportation by a towing vehicle without damaging the original structure or interior decoration, making it suitable for temporary camps, construction site offices, and other scenarios. The interior space is compactly designed, including a bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, and living area. The water and electricity lines are pre-installed, and it can be occupied once connected to municipal interfaces on-site. Technically, the chassis structure is optimized through finite element analysis, providing torsional rigidity. The walls adopt a sandwich panel structure with polyurethane foam filling in the middle, balancing thermal insulation and lightweight design. The doors and windows are equipped with double-glazed units, and the ground insulation layer is more than 100 millimeters thick. Some models are also equipped with solar photovoltaic panels and rainwater collection systems for off-grid operation. In terms of manufacturing processes, metal components are processed using laser cutting and CNC bending techniques, and the interior decoration uses environmentally friendly E0-grade panels. Before leaving the factory, finished products must pass simulated transportation vibration tests, rain tests, and airtightness tests to ensure quality control.
The advantages of container houses are reflected in the construction process and inherent characteristics. The main structure is completed in the factory workshop, including walls, roofs, floors, and the pre-embedding of internal pipelines. On-site, only foundation treatment, module lifting and assembly, and external connections are required, with construction speeds measured in days. This reduces the amount of wet work, lowering construction noise and dust. The modular design allows for horizontal expansion of the area or vertical stacking to increase floors, with low requirements for site flatness and strong adaptability. Structurally, it uses a steel frame with a composite sandwich panel for the enclosure, providing thermal insulation, fire resistance, and rust and corrosion resistance. The overall seismic performance is excellent, and it can be repeatedly disassembled and assembled, offering flexible spatial combinations.
Cement mobile houses stand out for their durability and cost-effectiveness. Their construction process is the same as traditional reinforced concrete pouring, using integrated reinforced concrete pouring. Each house has an area of 21.6 square meters and a lifespan of over 60 years, with outstanding bulletproof and shock-resistant properties. The modular design supports rapid assembly and disassembly, and auxiliary equipment such as air conditioners can be transported intact by lifting, eliminating the need for reconstruction during relocation, avoiding resource waste, and costing less than half of traditional housing. It also meets environmental requirements, making it the first choice for temporary residences.
