Puning Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 23, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Puning typically follows the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection - debugging'. The overall design is simple and quick, suitable for temporary and highly mobile scenarios, and must comply with standards such as the 'Hygienic Specifications for Mobile Toilets' (GB/T 21239 - 2023).

1. Positioning

Determine the installation location based on site planning and ground conditions, which must meet the following requirements:

  • Solid Ground: Avoid toilet tilting or damage due to soft foundations; hardening treatment may be necessary if required.
  • Smooth Drainage: If the toilet is equipped with a septic tank or needs to be connected to the municipal drainage system, ensure a reasonable drainage slope to prevent waterlogging or sewage backflow.
  • Space Planning: Reserve sufficient passage space for easy use by personnel and later maintenance, while avoiding obstruction of surrounding facilities.

2. Assembly

Choose the corresponding assembly method based on the toilet type (split-type or integrated):

  • Split-type Mobile Toilets:
    1. Chassis Installation: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis smoothly at the predetermined position, adjust it to a level state with a leveling instrument to ensure stability.
    2. Wall Installation: Insert the sandwich panel wallboards sequentially into the chassis slots, secure them with bolts or clips; then install the roof panel and perform sealing treatment (such as applying sealant or using waterproof strips) to prevent rainwater leakage.
    3. Time Control: Wall installation usually takes 1-2 hours, depending on the toilet size and assembly proficiency.
  • Integrated Mobile Toilets (such as container-type toilets):
The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration; only need to be hoisted as a whole to the designated position on-site, without complex assembly, resulting in higher efficiency.

3. Connection

Install internal facilities and connect water and electricity pipelines, which must be operated by professionals:

  • Facility Installation: Include partitions, toilets, flushing systems, handwashing basins (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment, etc.
  • Water and Electricity Connection: Adopt a modular quick-connect design to shorten connection time; ensure the water pipe's sealing and the circuit's insulation to avoid water leakage or electric shock risks.

4. Functional Inspection and Debugging

After installation, conduct a comprehensive test:

  • Flushing Test: Check the flushing force and drainage speed to ensure no blockage.
  • Circuit Inspection: Verify that electrical equipment such as lighting and ventilation is working properly.
  • Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking wall joints, roofs, and pipeline connections to prevent odor leakage or rainwater infiltration.
  • Time Efficiency: The overall installation time for integrated mobile toilets can be shortened to 2-4 hours, while split-type toilets may require an appropriate extension depending on the scale.

By following these steps, mobile toilets can be quickly put into use while meeting hygiene, safety, and functionality requirements.
