Pujiang Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 21, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Pujiang varies depending on the type of toilet, but generally follows the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection'. The key installation points for the two common types, split-type and integrated, are as follows:

The installation of split-type mobile toilets needs to be completed in steps. The first step is to position the chassis and frame: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location and adjust it to a level state with a level gauge to ensure the stability of subsequent installations. The second step is to install the walls and roof panels: Insert the sandwich panel wall panels into the chassis slots one by one, fix them with bolts or buckles, and then install the roof panels. Perform sealing treatment (such as applying sealant or installing waterproof strips) to prevent rainwater leakage. This step usually takes 1-2 hours, depending on the wall area and fixing method. The third step is to connect the internal facilities: Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The connection of water and electricity pipelines should be carried out by professionals, but modular design (such as quick connectors) can shorten the time. For example, when the flushing system uses quick-connect interfaces, the connection efficiency can be increased by more than 50%. The final step is functional inspection and debugging: Conduct flushing tests (check water pressure and drainage speed), electrical circuit inspections (ensure there is no risk of electric leakage), and sealing inspections (focus on checking doors, windows, and pipeline interfaces) to ensure that all functions comply with the requirements of the 'Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standard' (GB/T 21239-2023).

The installation of integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets) is simpler. The core steps are hoisting into place and connecting pipelines: Since this type of toilet has completed interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory, it only needs to be hoisted as a whole to the predetermined location using a crane on site, and then the water, electricity, and sewage pipelines need to be connected. If the site conditions are good (such as a flat ground and matching pipeline interfaces), the overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours, significantly less than the installation cycle of split-type toilets.

General installation precautions: Regardless of the type, the location should be determined according to the site planning to ensure that the ground is solid (with a bearing capacity of no less than 2 tons per square meter) and the drainage is smooth (with a slope of no less than 2%). During the installation process, relevant standards should be strictly followed. For example, the spacing between wall fixing bolts should not exceed 50 centimeters, and the sealing material for the roof panels should have a weather resistance of no less than 10 years to ensure structural safety and hygiene compliance.
