Public Mobile Toilet Rental Contract
The public mobile toilet rental contract is a written agreement that clarifies the rights and obligations of the lessor and the lessee. The following are the key points of the contract:

1. Contract Parties and Leased Item
The contract parties are the lessor (Party A) and the lessee (Party B). The company names and legal representatives of both parties need to be clearly specified. The leased item is the mobile toilet provided by Party A. The specifications, models, and quantities are subject to the confirmation list agreed upon by both parties, and its main purpose is to meet the temporary toilet needs of Party B's employees and customers.
2. Rental Period
The rental period is long-term, starting from the date of contract signing until the termination date agreed upon by both parties. If Party B needs to terminate the lease early, it shall notify Party A in writing one month in advance so that Party A can make subsequent arrangements.
3. Rent and Payment
The rent shall be determined through negotiation between the two parties based on the specifications, quantity, and service life of the mobile toilets, ensuring reasonableness and fairness. Party B shall pay the rent on time to Party A's designated bank account via bank transfer and retain the payment vouchers as proof of payment.
4. Maintenance and Repair
Party A is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the mobile toilets, including regular inspections, repairs, and upkeep, to ensure that the facilities are in good condition and function properly. The maintenance and repair costs shall be borne by Party A. However, the repair costs caused by improper use or human-induced damage by Party B shall be borne by Party B.
5. Safety Responsibilities
Party A shall ensure that the safety performance of the mobile toilets complies with national standards and provide necessary safety warning signs. Party B shall abide by safety regulations when using them and shall not make unauthorized modifications or damage the equipment. If Party B suffers personnel or property losses due to safety hazards or quality issues of the mobile toilets provided by Party A, Party A shall be liable for corresponding compensation.
6. Liability for Breach of Contract
If Party A fails to provide qualified mobile toilets as agreed or fails to carry out maintenance and repair on time, or if Party B fails to pay the rent as agreed or makes unauthorized modifications or damages the equipment, both parties shall be liable for breach of contract. The breaching party shall compensate the other party for all losses incurred thereby.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising from the performance of this contract, both parties shall first resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, they may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court. During the dispute resolution process, other terms of the contract shall continue to be performed.
8. Other Matters
Any matters not covered in this contract may be negotiated and supplemented through separate agreements, which shall have the same legal effect as this contract. This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. It shall come into effect upon the signatures and seals of both parties and shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
