Protective Mobile Toilet Production

Admin September 22, 2026

There are various methods for producing protective mobile toilets, commonly including galvanized steel structures paired with reinforced concrete floors, production based on water storage tanks, and steel structure welding production, among others.

Some protective mobile toilets employ a galvanized steel structure for their overall framework. This structure is robust and sturdy, capable of withstanding a certain degree of external impact and harsh environmental conditions. The floor is constructed with reinforced concrete, providing a solid foundation for the entire toilet and ensuring safety and stability during use.

Producing a mobile toilet based on a water storage tank is a relatively economical and practical approach. The specific production process is as follows: First, use an angle grinder to split the water storage tank in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to facilitate moving the toilet. Next, use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the tank. Cut an opening on the side of the water storage tank and install sponge strips to form a door frame, then insert plastic soft boards to create elevated walls. Place the upper half of the water storage tank on top of the wooden strips to form a roof and apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips for aesthetic enhancement. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Cut a hole at the bottom of the tank and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Drill holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and install direct connectors, then place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device and connect it to a shower unit made from water pipes. Install a tee connector below the water inlet pipe and connect it to a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank, securing the toilet with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to a sewage tank. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee connector on the outlet pipe and extend it to the doorway as the water inlet pipe for a sink. Cut a hole in the door and install a connector to attach a hose, etc.

In addition, there are public mobile toilets designed and produced in Fuzhou, with the product model HAS - 2023, made of steel structure and using welding technology. This production method connects steel structural components through welding, ensuring the overall integrity and firmness of the toilet structure and meeting the needs of a large number of people using it in public places.
