Professional Mobile Toilet Cleaning

Admin September 21, 2026

Professional mobile toilet cleaning encompasses a full-chain standardized operation covering pre-treatment, core cleaning, deep disinfection, air treatment, equipment maintenance, and standardized waste disposal.

Pre-treatment Phase: Operators must wear full protective gear, including waterproof aprons, non-slip rubber boots, nitrile gloves, and goggles, and set up mobile warning signs to isolate the work area. Before operation, check the toilet's liquid level indicator, sewage valve connection status, and ground leakage to ensure proper equipment functioning. Core tools include high-power vacuum sewage trucks (equipped with corrosion-resistant hoses and quick connectors), high-pressure washers (pressure 120-180 bar), long-handled hard brushes, non-ionic surfactant cleaners, chlorine or hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectants (effective chlorine concentration 500-1000 mg/L), and independently sealed waste collection bags.

Core Cleaning Phase: First, use the vacuum sewage truck to empty the liquid and solid residues from the storage tank, controlling negative pressure humidity to prevent pipe blockage or splashing. After suction, inject a small amount of water for a second rinse of tank wall residues. Then, use the high-pressure washer to spray fan-shaped water columns onto the toilet's inner walls, fixtures, floors, and dead corners, focusing on removing excreta, tissue residues, and calcified dirt. Stubborn stains require repeated scrubbing with a long-handled brush dipped in cleaner to ensure no organic residues remain on the surface.

Deep Disinfection Phase: After physical cleaning, apply disinfectant by spraying or wiping to cover all contact surfaces, including high-frequency touch areas like door handles, locks, and flush buttons. The disinfectant solution must maintain contact for 10-15 minutes to kill pathogens, followed by thorough rinsing with clean water to avoid skin irritation from chemical residues. Suction hoses, connectors, and tools must be cleaned and disinfected simultaneously to prevent cross-contamination.

Air Treatment Phase: Use atomized deodorizers to neutralize odor gases like ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, rather than masking them with fragrances, to improve air quality from the source.

Equipment Maintenance and Waste Disposal Phase: During cleaning, inspect components such as toilet seals, exhaust fans, door lock hinges, and solar power systems, recording and reporting any damage promptly. After cleaning, leave a small amount of clean water in the storage tank and add biodegradable agents to decompose residual organic matter and suppress odors. Waste and wastewater must be transported to designated sewage treatment facilities or septic tanks for proper disposal,严禁 (prohibited from) dumping into storm drains or non-designed pipe networks. After operation, fill out a record form including cleaning time, disinfectant usage, equipment status, and wastewater flow direction.
