Production Process of Single-Person Portable Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

There are three common methods for the production process of single-person portable toilets, as detailed below:

Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

  1. Base Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom to facilitate mobility. Then, place a water storage tank and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top, removing the top to form an open-top tank.
  2. Tank Assembly: Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first tank, securing the outer frames of the two tanks with self-tapping screws.
  3. Opening Preparation: Cut a rectangular opening measuring 180 cm in height and 50 cm in width on the outer frame of the water storage tank, and simultaneously cut the tank body to the same dimensions to create a doorway.
  4. Drainage System Installation: Drill a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom, connect it to a water pipe, and seal the gaps with glue, cutting off any excess pipe. Align the toilet with the drainage outlet, secure it with glue, fix the water pipe, install a faucet, secure a pipe cap below the faucet, connect the water pipe as the drainage outlet, and fix a stainless steel basin as the handwashing basin.
  5. Installation of Other Components: Connect the water inlet pipe to the toilet tank, connect the shower hose, install the shower bracket and toilet seat, and install a showerhead made from a water pipe.
  6. Door Installation: Bring in a wooden board, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, attach the other side of the hinges to the wooden board to form a door, and install a door handle.

Three Key Processes: Welding, Assembly, and Painting

  1. Welding: Perform precise operations on every weld point from the frame's keel to the support structure to ensure a sturdy structure, laying the foundation for the overall stability of the toilet.
  2. Assembly: Combine various components according to design requirements to initially shape the functional areas of the toilet.
  3. Painting: Apply exquisite painting techniques to the assembled toilet, enhancing not only its aesthetic appeal but also its durability.

Starting with Independent Production of Functional Modules

  1. Component Prefabrication: Process the structural frame, internal functional components, and external covering materials separately. The structural frame is fabricated from high-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel profiles into standardized connection units; internal partition boards, toilets, and other components are prefabricated on their respective assembly lines.
  2. Modular Integration: Precisely connect the structural, water supply, sewage, electrical, and control lines through standard interfaces. The water supply system is equipped with two-stage water-saving devices; the sewage module uses sealed storage containers or micro-biological treatment units; the electrical and control parts adopt low-power designs and integrate sensors.
  3. Functional Verification and Environmental Performance Evaluation: Conduct simulated usage tests on complete units before shipment to evaluate items such as water seal airtightness, flushing efficiency, sewage system anti-clogging capability, electrical system stability, and overall structural strength.
