Production of Container Mobile Housing
The production of container mobile housing involves steps such as design, material preparation, structural construction, wall and roof installation, interior decoration, and detail handling, as follows:

I. Design Phase
Determine the size, functional layout, and structural type of the house based on usage requirements. Common structures include welded integral boxes (strong resistance to deformation, suitable for frequent movement) and bolt-connected assembled boxes (high flexibility, but ensuring node tightness is necessary). The design should consider the load transfer path, for example, the roof load is transferred through the side wall columns to the bottom beam and then evenly distributed to the ground.
II. Material Preparation
- Structural Materials: Select hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel or square tube steel as the frame. The wall thickness of columns and bottom beams is usually 1.5-3 millimeters, with thicker walls providing stronger load-bearing capacity.
- Wall and Roof Materials: Use rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane sandwich panels, which offer both thermal insulation and fire resistance. Wall and roof panels commonly use 50mm thick cleanroom panels with white surfaces on both sides.
- Floor Materials: The chassis uses 18mm thick building templates or steel-wood composite floors, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 200 kg per square meter.
- Auxiliary Materials: Include bolts, waterproof glue (glass curtain wall waterproof glue is recommended), floor leather, lighting fixtures, and switch sockets.
III. Structural Construction
- Chassis Welding: Weld the steel frame chassis using 14050 channel steel, with crossbeams made of 48*2.0 square tubes spaced 35 centimeters apart.
- Column and Ring Beam Installation: The six columns of the house and the four ring beams on the roof are fully welded using 552.0 square tubes to ensure structural stability.
- Assembled Box Node Handling: If a bolt-connected structure is used, check the tightness of all connection nodes to avoid looseness.
IV. Wall and Roof Installation
- Color Steel Plate Assembly: Combine the cleanroom panels into wall and roof panels, reserving openings for doors and windows.
- Waterproofing: Apply glass curtain wall waterproof glue at the seams of the roof panels to prevent leakage; install anti-theft nets on windows and seal them with glue.
V. Interior Decoration and Detail Handling
- Floor Treatment: Lay high-grade floor leather to enhance aesthetics and waterproofing.
- Electrical Installation: Install lighting fixtures in the middle of the house, place switches beside the door, set sockets 60 centimeters above the ground, and drill air conditioning holes on the opposite side of the door.
- Door and Window Installation: Use standard-sized sliding windows (9301000) and specially made color steel plate doors (9302000).
VI. Inspection and Debugging
Check structural stability, waterproofing, and electrical safety to ensure compliance with usage standards.
