Prefabricated Wooden House Construction Immersive
The immersive experience of constructing prefabricated wooden houses varies depending on the type, mainly including the construction experiences of pallet cabins, prefabricated assembled houses, and mobile wooden houses.

Immersive Experience of Pallet Cabin Construction: At the beginning of construction, insulation and waterproofing treatments are required. First, use a staple gun to secure the waterproof membrane to the beams, then lay dry grass as a natural insulation material, and lay another layer of waterproof membrane on top and secure it. After that, lay the house floor by neatly stacking the prepared boards and tightly laying them on the floor support beams. After fixing them with nails, saw off the protruding parts to make them neat. Then, prepare the house frame materials, make support beams, build the main frame of the house, install the beams at equal intervals, add reinforcement plates, make crossbars, and embed them between the vertical supports for fixation. The entire process requires meticulous operation to ensure that each link is closely connected, allowing builders to immerse themselves in the sense of accomplishment from gradually building from the foundation to the frame.
Immersive Experience of Prefabricated Assembled House Construction: Starting from an empty lot, workers first unload heavy timber from trucks and build the house chassis frame on the pre-poured concrete foundation. The buzzing of electric drills and the rhythmic pounding of hammers create a busy yet orderly atmosphere. Then, lay the floor joists, lock the joints with metal connectors to ensure stability, and then carry large wooden panels to cover the platform. After the foundation platform is completed, move the prefabricated wall modules onto the platform and erect them. After precise alignment, fix them to the base plate with a nail gun. At this point, the house transitions from a flat layout to a three-dimensional structure, and builders can intuitively feel the emergence of the house's雏形 (prototype). After the exterior wall frame is enclosed, cut and assemble the partition wall skeletons indoors, and at the same time, lay the floor beams for the second floor. Finally, for roof construction, transport the huge triangular trusses into place, and workers on the ground and roof cooperate to lift and place them on the top beams of the walls to complete the construction of the entire house.
Immersive Experience of Mobile Wooden House Construction: When building a mobile wooden house, first find a trailer that meets the requirements, such as choosing a flatbed trailer about 4.9 meters by 2.4 meters. Carefully check the rated load-bearing capacity of the axles and connectors, and handle the trailer leveling issues to provide a stable foundation for subsequent construction, allowing builders to participate in key links from the very beginning.
