Prefabricated Wall Construction Plan

Admin September 18, 2026

The prefabricated wall construction plan for houses mainly includes three types: custom-made prefabricated houses, prefabricated wall sleeves, and prefabricated assembly lifting. The specific content is as follows:

I. Custom-Made Prefabricated House Construction Plan

  1. Construction Preparation
    • Site Preparation: Level the site, set up temporary facilities (such as offices and warehouses), and ensure smooth traffic.
    • Personnel Preparation: Form a professional team (project managers, technicians, etc.) and conduct construction technical training.
    • Material Preparation: Purchase prefabricated components (walls, floors, etc.) and auxiliary materials (steel bars, cement, sand and gravel) that meet design standards.
  2. Construction Process
    • Foundation Construction: Level and compact the foundation, and pour a concrete foundation.
    • Component Transportation and Storage: Use specialized tools for transportation and stack them in the designated area in order.
    • Component Assembly: Install walls, roofs, etc., in the design order, using bolts or welding connections to ensure firmness.
    • Decoration Works: Complete the decoration of walls, floors, and ceilings, and install doors, windows, stairs, and other facilities.
  3. Quality Control
    • Strictly inspect the quality of raw materials, construct according to process standards, and ensure that concealed works pass acceptance.
  4. Schedule Arrangement
    • The total cycle is approximately 85 days, including foundation (15 days), transportation (5 days), assembly (20 days), decoration (30 days), and acceptance (5 days).

II. Prefabricated Wall Sleeve Construction Plan

  1. Project Overview
    • Suitable for high-rise residential buildings (such as 18-story shear wall structures), sleeves are used for wires and pipes to pass through walls.
  2. Construction Preparation
    • Technical Preparation: Familiarize with the drawings, clarify the position and specifications of the sleeves, and organize technical disclosures.
    • Material Preparation: Select sleeves that meet the requirements and prepare cement, sand and gravel, and steel bars.
    • Equipment Preparation: Equip with cutting machines, welding machines, vibrators, and other tools.
  3. Construction Process
    • Process: Positioning → Installation → Fixing → Concrete Pouring → Curing.
    • Key Points: Ensure accurate positioning and firm installation of the sleeves, pour concrete densely without honeycomb pits, and cure according to specifications.
  4. Quality Control
    • Focus on monitoring the quality of sleeves and steel bars, and strictly control the positioning, installation, and pouring links.

III. Prefabricated Assembly Lifting Construction Plan

  1. Process Flow
    • Preparation → Lifting → Positioning → Installation of Inclined Supports → Adjustment → Fixing of Corner Codes → Concrete Pouring → Gluing and Finishing.
  2. Preparation Matters
    • Steel Bar Positioning: Precisely process positioning steel bars to ensure alignment of inserted steel bars with columns.
    • Inclined Support Embedded Parts: Position and pre-bury bolts according to the drawings and mark them with chalk lines.
  3. Lifting Key Points
    • Use modular lifting beams, select appropriate lifting points, and inspect the appearance and connections after lifting.
    • When lifted to 600mm above the working layer, use a tag line to control the descent speed.
  4. Inclined Support Installation
    • Connect the inclined support rods to the wall panels and cast-in-place slabs through bolts, and temporarily fix them after initial adjustment.
  5. Precise Adjustment
    • Use long and short inclined support rods to adjust the verticality, levelness, and elevation according to the control lines to ensure that the indicators meet the standards.
