Prefabricated Two-Story Finished House
The price of prefabricated two-story finished houses varies depending on the brand and region, with a common price range of 258.00-1280.00 yuan per square meter. The following is an introduction from three aspects: product advantages, applicable scope, and construction process.

Product Advantages: Taking the customized assembled cement houses produced by Huacheng Cement House Factory as an example, they are cast in one piece using high-standard reinforced concrete, resulting in a dense and sturdy overall structure, mature craftsmanship, and solid material usage. The houses have strong overall stability and good load-bearing capacity, possessing multiple excellent properties such as earthquake and pressure resistance, fire and flame retardancy, thermal insulation and energy efficiency, wind and moisture resistance, and corrosion and weathering resistance. Construction and installation are fast and efficient, with short construction periods and quick learning curves,不受季节、天气环境限制 (unrestricted by seasons and weather conditions), and construction can be carried out throughout the year. The designed service life of the houses is over 70 years, making them durable and easy to maintain. In addition, they support overall relocation and secondary disassembly and reuse, and recycling can significantly save investment costs.
Applicable Scope: Prefabricated two-story finished houses can be used to create various types of buildings, such as office buildings, small hotels, staff dormitories, canteens and restaurants, private garages, factory gatehouses, and storage warehouses. At the same time, they are widely applicable to various scenarios such as rural dilapidated house renovations, rural self-built housing, farm supporting housing, temporary office and accommodation housing on construction sites, and temporary supporting housing for engineering projects.
Construction Process: Taking a South Korean construction team as an example, when building the second floor, the load-bearing columns and crossbeams are all prepared in advance at the factory. On-site workers direct cranes to precisely fit together these multi-ton components, aligning the protrusions with the grooves and tightening the nuts. The entire second-floor frame is formed in less than half a day. Then, a thin 5-centimeter floor slab is laid, with both ends pressing against the crossbeams by less than 5 centimeters. After that, all gaps are sealed with expanding foam, and secondary grouting is performed at the connections of the load-bearing columns. Finally, a steel reinforcement mesh is laid and cast into a whole with concrete. For the foundation, a piece of land is first leveled, and a layer of plain concrete is poured as a bedding course after laying a white plastic sheet. After the bedding course solidifies, foundation piles are lifted and installed, and the soil is backfilled. A giant foam board is laid for thermal insulation and moisture resistance. Finally, a dense threaded steel reinforcement mesh is laid on the entire foundation frame. Workers manually screw the steel bars into the reserved threaded holes one by one and then bind all the nodes together with a binding machine.
