• Reinforcement Renovation: Suitable for prefabricated panel houses with good structural safety but outdated functional facilities. For example, special treatment is required for prefabricated panel cracks wider than 0.3 millimeters, the connection status between the prefabricated panels and the ring beams is inspected, and bolts with a rust rate exceeding 30% are replaced.
• Demolition and Reconstruction: Targets prefabricated panel houses with severe structural safety hazards that cannot meet safety requirements through reinforcement and repair. Houses identified as Grade D dangerous buildings (where structural safety has reached a dangerous state) by professional institutions, as well as buildings with seismic resistance below 70% of the current standard, will be prioritized for demolition.
