Prefabricated Steel Beam for Housing Finished Product

Admin September 18, 2026

Prefabricated steel beams for housing finished products are steel beam structural components that are processed and manufactured in advance in factories and can be directly used in housing construction, involving multiple brands and process types. The following is an introduction from three aspects: brand, process, and production process:

Brand Types

There are differences in brands between prefabricated steel structure houses and finished steel structure houses. Among prefabricated steel structure house brands, Furui Mei excels in modular design, improving construction efficiency through standardized components; Baisheng Creative focuses on structural stability, using high-strength steel to meet complex architectural needs; Wanlong has an advantage in lightweight design, reducing transportation and installation costs; and Baitai is good at customized production, being able to adjust steel beam specifications according to different projects. Among finished steel structure house brands, Honghao's finished steel beams are characterized by rapid assembly, with matching connectors that can shorten on-site construction cycles; Dingsheng emphasizes anti-corrosion treatment, using hot-dip galvanizing to extend the service life of steel beams; Jieshitong performs outstandingly in seismic performance, enhancing overall stability by optimizing structural nodes; and Yizhou's finished steel beams are renowned for high-precision processing, reducing on-site adjustment workload.

Process Types

The connection process of finished steel beams directly affects structural safety. Welding process achieves permanent connection by melting metal at high temperatures, suitable for parts requiring high-strength fixation, but strict control of welding quality is necessary to avoid cracks; assembly process combines prefabricated components through mechanical means, such as mortise-and-tenon joints or snap-fit designs, facilitating rapid installation and disassembly; bolt connection process uses high-strength bolts to transfer tensile and shear forces, having the characteristics of being detachable and adjustable, and is commonly used in buildings requiring later maintenance or renovation. Some brands combine multiple processes, for example, using welding for the main body of steel beams to ensure strength and bolt connections at connection nodes to enhance flexibility.

Production Process

The production of prefabricated steel beams requires multiple processes. In the steel bar arrangement stage, steel bars that meet design requirements are fixed in the mold according to spacing and direction to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the steel beams; in the concrete pouring stage, high-strength concrete is poured into the mold, and air bubbles are removed by vibrating equipment to ensure structural density; in the surface treatment stage, after demolding, the surface of the steel beams is ground, sandblasted, or treated with anti-corrosion coatings to improve durability; in the quality inspection stage, internal defects are detected using technologies such as ultrasonic flaw detection and stress testing to ensure that the finished products meet building codes. Some processes, such as the production of prefabricated box girders, also require fixing the position of components with steel pedestals to ensure forming accuracy.
