Standard Atlas of Prefabricated Slab Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

Here is some information on standard atlases related to prefabricated slab houses:

15G365-1 "Prefabricated Concrete Shear Wall Exterior Wall Panels"
This atlas is applicable to prefabricated concrete shear wall residential structures in areas with non-seismic design and seismic fortification intensity of 6 to 8 degrees. It mainly compiles non-composite sandwich insulation exterior wall panels with floor heights of 2800mm, 2900mm, and 3000mm, covering five common components: exterior walls without openings, single-window openings (high/low window sills), double-window openings, and door openings. The atlas provides detailed template drawings, reinforcement drawings, material lists, and connection node construction details for the inner and outer leaf panels, offering a standardized basis for the design and construction of exterior wall panels.

Xiang 2021G301 "Prefabricated Ribbed Base Plate Concrete Composite Floor Slabs"
Approved by the Hunan Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department and implemented from April 1, 2021, this atlas is applicable to floor slabs and roof panels in areas with seismic fortification intensity of 6 to 8 degrees. Its core contents include:

  • Materials and Processes: Utilizes pre-tensioned prefabricated prestressed concrete ribbed base plates with rectangular, T-shaped, or wedge-shaped rib forms. The composite slab spans 3 to 9 meters, with a post-cast layer thickness not less than 1.3 times that of the prefabricated base plate.
  • Technical Achievements: Proposes elastic and plastic calculation methods for bidirectional composite slabs and verifies the impact of composite surface construction on fatigue performance through experiments, providing application references for scenarios such as underground parking garages.

Series of Standard Component Atlases for Prefabricated Concrete in Sichuan Prefabricated Residences
The Sichuan Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department approved the release of four atlases in July this year, including "Standard Base Plates for Prestressed Concrete Steel Pipe Truss Composite Slabs," "Standard Base Plates for Prefabricated Residential Concrete Composite Slabs (I/II)," and "Standard Stair Treads for Prefabricated Residential Concrete." The compilation objectives are:

  • Standardization to Improve Efficiency: Shorten the drawing conversion cycle through modular and standardized design, control project costs, and improve the production efficiency and construction quality of components.
  • Industrialization Foundation: Standardized design is the foundation for integrating the entire industrial chain of prefabricated buildings, simplifying the housing construction model, increasing production batches, creating conditions for enterprises to adopt efficient process equipment, ultimately reducing costs and increasing economic benefits.

14G443 "Prefabricated Ribbed Base Plate Concrete Composite Floor Slabs"
Edited by Lanzhou University and Hunan University, priced at 37 yuan, 16-mo format, applicable to floor and roof panels in areas with seismic fortification intensity of 6 to 8 degrees and concrete environmental category I. The atlas contents include:

  • Prefabricated Base Plate Design: Provides template and reinforcement drawings, and structural performance inspection tables for the base plate.
  • Composite Slab Applications: Includes selection tables for support negative reinforcement and connection node details, offering standardized references for composite slab technology selection.
