Prefabricated Slab Factory Building Design Images
Admin September 19, 2026
Currently, we cannot directly provide design images of prefabricated slab factory buildings, but we can provide you with a detailed introduction to the key points and common forms of prefabricated slab factory building design.

Structural Forms
- Single-story Factory Building: This is a relatively common structural form for prefabricated slab factory buildings. It typically adopts a bent structure, consisting of a roof truss (or roof beam), columns, and foundations. The columns are generally made of reinforced concrete, and the roof truss can be a prefabricated concrete roof truss or a steel roof truss. The roof is paved with prefabricated concrete roof slabs. This structural form offers convenient and fast construction, meets the production requirements of large spans and large spaces, and is suitable for prefabricated slab production workshops with low floor height requirements and relatively dispersed equipment layouts.
- Multi-story Factory Building: When the production scale is large and land resources are limited, a multi-story factory building structure is adopted. It generally adopts a frame structure, consisting of beams, columns, and floor slabs. The floor slabs are mostly prefabricated concrete floor slabs, such as hollow slabs and channel slabs. The frame structure has good integrity and seismic performance, can withstand large loads, and is suitable for arranging relatively complex production equipment and process flows.
Roof Design
- Sloped Roof: The common slope is 1:2 - 1:3, which is conducive to drainage. In addition to prefabricated concrete roof slabs, roofing materials such as waterproof membranes and color steel plates can be laid on the roof to enhance waterproofing and thermal insulation performance. The design of a sloped roof can also enhance the aesthetic appeal of the factory building, making it suitable for enterprises with certain requirements for architectural image.
- Flat Roof: The construction is relatively simple and the cost is lower. However, attention should be paid to drainage issues for flat roofs. Generally, a certain drainage slope is set on the roof, and drainage pipes are installed. Insulation layers such as expanded perlite and polystyrene foam boards can be set on the flat roof to reduce the impact of summer solar radiation on indoor temperature.
Wall Design
- Brick Wall: It is constructed using ordinary fired bricks or hollow bricks, offering good durability and thermal insulation performance. However, brick walls are relatively heavy and have a slower construction speed. The exterior of the brick wall can be plastered or faced with facing bricks to improve its aesthetic appeal and waterproofing performance.
- Color Steel Plate Wall: It is composed of color-coated steel plates and insulation materials, offering advantages such as light weight, fast construction speed, and good thermal insulation performance. Color steel plate walls come in a variety of colors and can be selected according to the needs of the enterprise, making the factory building more aesthetically pleasing.
