Currently, we cannot directly provide images of prefabricated single-story house designs, but we can offer you detailed design plan references based on relevant design descriptions. The following introduces several typical single-story house design plans from the perspectives of different design styles and functional requirements:

1. Single-Story House Design with Garage and Loft
This type of design expands the usable space through a loft while meeting both parking and living needs.

  • First Plan: With a width of 18.3 meters and a depth of 12.5 meters, the building covers an area of 201 square meters. The functional areas are clearly divided. The eastern side is the rest area, featuring two bedrooms (including one suite with a study, walk-in closet, and bathroom). The western side is the living area, including a living room, kitchen, dining room, and garage. The kitchen has a side door for easy access. The loft has a large suite (with a study, walk-in closet, small storage room, and bathroom), an entertainment room, and three storage rooms, catering to both living and storage needs.
  • Second Plan: With a width of 16.2 meters and a depth of 15.2 meters, the building covers an area of 202 square meters. To the right of the entrance foyer is the living area, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, and garage. To the left is the rest area, with three bedrooms (including two suites). The loft has a tea room and a large suite (with a study, walk-in closet, and bathroom), along with two storage rooms, suitable for family gatherings or leisure activities.

2. Impressive Single-Story House Design
This type of design is characterized by large spaces and multiple functions, suitable for large families or users with high requirements for living quality.

  • With a width of 21.9 meters and a depth of 13.8 meters, the building covers an area of 300 square meters, with a total floor area of 287 square meters and a building height of 7.8 meters. The entrance leads to the living room. On the right are an activity room, a kitchen with a side door, a double dining room (including a luxurious back door), and an independent bathroom. On the left are five bedrooms, two of which have bathrooms and three of which have balconies, ensuring both privacy and lighting.

3. One-Story House Floor Plans for Rural Construction
This type of design focuses on practicality and cost-effectiveness, suitable for rural self-built houses.

  • Plan One: A four-bay one-story pitched-roof design that combines American and pastoral styles, with a reasonable house shape and complete functions.
  • Plan Two: A modern-style floor plan with a square layout and compact structure, offering good ventilation and lighting.
  • Plan Three: A single-story villa design with low cost, suitable as a retirement home for parents.
  • Plan Four: A one-and-a-half-story house design with a loft, featuring a dark blue pitched roof on top. There is a corridor beside the entrance foyer, creating a warm and cozy living atmosphere.
  • Plan Five: A rural simple European-style villa design with a fashionable appearance and a reasonable floor plan (5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms). It is well-ventilated and well-lit, with a north-south orientation.
