Currently, there is no direct display of the design drawing for the prefabricated single-person house, but information about two prefabricated single-person houses is provided for reference.

Brette Haus's BASIC Prefabricated House
- Transportation and Assembly: This house consists of three modules connected by hinges, allowing them to fold into each other. This design greatly facilitates transportation. Once the house arrives at the site, the assembly process is highly efficient, taking only three hours to complete the setup. This significantly shortens the construction period and reduces labor and time costs.
- Spatial Layout: The interior covers an area of approximately 161 square feet (15 square meters), and when including the patio, the total area reaches 236 square feet (22 square meters). The downstairs space is well-planned, featuring a small kitchen to meet daily cooking needs, a bathroom with a shower for convenient bathing, and an open-plan leisure and dining area that creates a comfortable atmosphere for dining and relaxation. The mezzanine space upstairs is also fully utilized, accommodating a double bed and a relaxation area, providing residents with private sleeping and relaxation spaces.

- Production and Assembly: The house shell is produced in the company's factory, ensuring quality and precision through this factory-based production model. After all components are transported to the site, the assembly process is easy and convenient. Special models of the house can be assembled by a small team of construction workers in just one week without any mechanical assistance, reducing construction difficulty and dependence on external equipment.
- Space Utilization: With a living space of 185 square feet (17 square meters), although the area is not large, the layout is compact and reasonable. It can accommodate an open-plan lounge and kitchen, facilitating daily activities and cooking for residents. It has a bathroom to meet basic hygiene needs and a sleeping or storage loft that provides both a sleeping area and additional storage space, making full use of vertical space and improving the house's space utilization efficiency.
