Prefabricated Panel House Video Tutorial
Admin September 18, 2026
Currently, there is no complete video tutorial directly targeting prefabricated panel houses, but relevant steps for the construction of prefabricated houses and the manufacturing of prefabricated panels are provided for reference.

Steps for Constructing a Prefabricated House
- Foundation Treatment: First, clear away weeds, level the foundation, excavate foundation pits, lay white plastic sheeting, and then pour the foundation. No steel bars are used in this process. Foundation treatment is the basis for house construction. A flat and stable foundation provides good conditions for subsequent construction, and the white plastic sheeting can play a certain role in moisture prevention.
- Installing Foundation Piles and Beams: After the concrete solidifies, install the footplates. Use a mobile crane to install 5-ton prefabricated foundation piles and assemble the beams like building blocks. During installation, conduct horizontal measurement and adjustment to ensure the beams are level. Then, secure them with nuts, fill the gaps with expanding foam, and seal them with cement to ensure the tightness and stability of the structure.
- Backfilling Soil and Pouring the Foundation: After completing the foundation frame structure, backfill the soil and then pour the foundation to further enhance its stability and provide reliable support for the construction of the main house body. The entire main body construction process can be completed within 14 days, demonstrating the high efficiency of prefabricated house construction.
Steps for Manufacturing Prefabricated Panels (Taking Foam Sandwich Panels as an Example)
- Mold Preparation: Workers first form a mold by surrounding steel plates and spray it with a release agent to facilitate the subsequent demolding of the prefabricated panels. Then, place distribution bars, which can enhance the overall strength and stability of the prefabricated panels.
- Laying Materials: Pour a thin layer of concrete, place a 15-centimeter-thick giant foam board, and connect and fix it with iron hooks. The foam board serves as an insulation layer and is a key component of foam sandwich panels.
- Setting up the Steel Bar Skeleton and Handling Steel Strands: Pour another layer of steel bar skeleton, thread in steel strands, and use the "pre-tensioning method" to pull the steel strands to their ultimate strength. The pre-tensioning method enables the steel strands to generate pre-stress before concrete pouring, improving the load-bearing capacity of the prefabricated panels.
- Concrete Pouring and Curing: Pour the second layer of concrete and use a vibrating rod to remove air bubbles to ensure the concrete is dense. Then, send it to the basement for 4 hours of steam curing to accelerate concrete hardening and improve the strength of the prefabricated panels. After curing, lift it up and cut off the excess steel bars with an angle grinder.
