Installation Process of Prefabricated Panel Houses
The installation process of prefabricated panel houses varies depending on the type of prefabricated panels. The common installation processes for prefabricated panels are as follows:

Installation of Prefabricated Interior Wall Panels:
First, set up the control lines, including the 0m control line and elevation control line, to ensure accurate installation benchmarks. Then, install the elevation adjustment control bolts for the bay windows for subsequent fine-tuning of the elevation. Next, install the temporary positioning adjustment components on the lower layer to provide initial positioning support for the bay windows. Finally, slowly lift the bay windows using a tower crane to achieve initial positioning.
Installation of Prefabricated Wall Panels:
Begin by conducting lifting measurement and layout, releasing the positioning lines for the exterior wall panels to clarify the installation positions. Correct any skewed reinforcing bars to ensure their verticality meets the requirements. Use a dedicated reinforcing bar positioning plate to verify the positioning and verticality of the reserved reinforcing bars, further ensuring the installation accuracy of the reinforcing bars. Place adjustment shims and use a level to verify the elevation, ensuring accurate installation height of the wall panels.
Installation of Prefabricated Exterior Wall Cladding Panels:
After cleaning the floor, verify the relative elevation of the floor at the position of the prefabricated cladding panels. If the error exceeds 5mm, grind or repair it. Release the positioning edge lines and control lines on the floor panel, and place the bottom elevation adjustment shims to the corresponding elevation. Apply anti-leakage grout strips at the joints with the cast-in-place sections to prevent grout leakage. Lift the prefabricated cladding panels using a tower crane, pausing for inspection at 50cm above the ground and 50cm above the working layer. Construction personnel should manually control the direction of descent, slowly lowering the panels to achieve stable positioning. Install upper and lower diagonal braces, adjusting the inner and outer positions at the bottom and precisely adjusting the wall verticality at the top. After releasing the lifting equipment, install other prefabricated components in sequence. After installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection and acceptance.
Installation of Composite Slabs:
After transporting to the designated storage yard, check the component types and installation positions. Before installing the supports, clean the ground, conduct positioning and layout, and install tripods and independent supports, leveling the elevation of the vertical rods. Check the appearance quality of the floor components and strictly verify the component numbers. Select appropriate lifting equipment and lifting points based on the weight and shape of the components. During lifting, pause at 500mm above the working layer to correct the orientation and slowly descend vertically to avoid collision with reinforcing bars. Use wedge-shaped wooden blocks for adjustment during calibration. After removing the lifting hooks, continue installing other composite slabs. After construction, conduct a comprehensive inspection and acceptance.
