Construction Sequence of Prefabricated Panel Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

The construction sequence of prefabricated panel houses varies depending on the type of prefabricated panels. The following outlines the common construction sequences for prefabricated panel partitions and prefabricated concrete floor slabs:

Construction Sequence of Prefabricated Panel Partitions

  1. Tool Preparation: Before construction, ensure that the construction environment meets standard requirements and check that all construction materials and tools are complete. Construction personnel should conduct technical briefings and complete the construction of the ground beam, following the specific process of line marking → rebar planting → formwork erection → grouting → full grouting → formwork removal → curing. This step lays the foundation for subsequent construction, ensuring the stability of the ground beam to support the entire partition structure.
  2. Fabrication of Prefabricated Panel Molds: Based on the design dimensions, use galvanized square tubes to fabricate the mold frame and lay a film on the frame. The precise fabrication of the mold directly affects the dimensions and quality of the prefabricated panels. Galvanized square tubes ensure the strength and stability of the mold, while the film facilitates the smooth removal of the prefabricated panel after molding.
  3. Fabrication of Prefabricated Panels: Place a steel mesh inside the mold to enhance the strength and load-bearing capacity of the prefabricated panel. Then, pour concrete and fill it densely to ensure uniform distribution without voids. Precisely implant welding components into the concrete. After the concrete naturally sets and reaches the specified strength, remove the formwork.
  4. Installation of Prefabricated Panels: Accurately align the embedded parts of the prefabricated wall panels with those on the ground beam, wall surface, and ceiling, and securely fix them using professional welding techniques. The accuracy of alignment affects the overall stability and perpendicularity of the partition, while the quality of welding influences the connection strength of the partition.
  5. Stone Paving: Accurately drill holes according to the pre-planned installation points, finely grind and trim the stone surfaces and joints, and pave the stones using the wet paving method. This step enhances the aesthetic appeal and practicality of the partition.

Construction Sequence of Prefabricated Concrete Floor Slabs

  1. Sequential Hoisting: Hoist the prefabricated floor slabs sequentially and continuously, ensuring that the slab edge lines align with the control lines. Place the prefabricated floor slabs on the top surface of the wooden beams and check that the joints and the length of the rebar inserted into the wall meet the requirements. Sequential hoisting ensures a reasonable installation sequence for the floor slabs, avoiding confusion during installation, while the control lines ensure the accuracy of the slab installation positions.
  2. Installation Details: The side joint forms of solid slabs can vary, and the longitudinal reinforcement extending from the ends should meet the design requirements. When the胡子筋 (huzi rebar, a type of rebar protruding from the end) affects construction, it may not be reserved, and end connection rebars can be set instead. This detail ensures the connection strength and integrity of the floor slabs.
  3. Precise Adjustment: After hoisting a span of floor slabs, precisely adjust them according to the slab's perimeter lines and elevation control lines, controlling the error within 2mm. Precise adjustment ensures the flatness and levelness of the floor slabs, improving the construction quality of the house.
