Prefabricated Housing Standard Atlas

Admin September 18, 2026

The Prefabricated Housing Standard Atlas is an important technical document guiding the design and construction of prefabricated housing. Below are the classifications and core content descriptions of common atlases:

1. 15G365-1 'Prefabricated Concrete Shear Wall Exterior Wall Panels'
This atlas is a national architectural standard design, applicable to prefabricated concrete shear wall structure residential buildings in non-seismic and seismic fortification intensity zones of 6 to 8 degrees. Its core content is the design of non-composite sandwich insulation exterior wall panels with floor heights ranging from 2800mm to 3000mm, covering five commonly used planar components: exterior walls without openings, exterior walls with single high/low sill window openings, exterior walls with double window openings, and exterior walls with door openings. The atlas provides detailed template drawings, reinforcement drawings, and material lists for the inner and outer leaf panels, as well as detailed construction drawings for the connection nodes of different components (such as wall panel-to-floor and vertical connections between wall panels), ensuring structural safety and standardized construction.

2. Four General-Purpose Standard Atlases in Sichuan Province
Including 'Standard Base Plates for Prestressed Concrete Steel Pipe Truss Composite Slabs', 'Standard Base Plates for Prefabricated Residential Concrete Composite Slabs (I) and (II)', and 'Standard Tread Plates for Prefabricated Residential Concrete Stairs', these atlases focus on enhancing the modularization and standardization levels of prefabricated building components and parts in Sichuan Province. By unifying component dimensions, reinforcement rules, and connection methods, they shorten the conversion cycle from design drawings to production drawings while controlling project costs, improving production efficiency, and enhancing construction quality. For example, the standard base plates for composite slabs specify parameters such as slab thickness and reinforcement spacing, while the standard tread plates for stairs regulate tread dimensions and the positions of embedded parts.

3. 16G333 16J110-2 'Prefabricated Concrete Exterior Wall Cladding Panels'
Applicable to non-load-bearing exterior wall maintenance or decorative cladding panels in seismic fortification intensity zones of ≤9 degrees, these panels can be assembled on steel or concrete structures. The atlas unfolds from both architectural and structural dimensions: the architectural part provides thermal performance indicators, insulation and waterproofing practices, and detailed wall section drawings; the structural part clarifies design principles, connection details (such as welding or bolt connections), embedded parts and connector details, and includes typical slab reinforcement schematic diagrams to ensure the coordinated working performance between the cladding panels and the main structure.

4. National Standard Atlas for 'Prestressed Concrete Hollow Slabs (EHC Slabs)'
Released in 2025, targeting large-span public buildings, industrial plants, and rural residential scenarios. It employs prestressed technology to enhance structural performance, specifying component cross-sectional parameters (such as circular hole diameter and slab thickness), reinforcement details (such as prestressed reinforcement layout), and quality inspection standards. The inspection system covers appearance quality (cracks, honeycombs, etc.), dimensional deviations (length ±5mm, width ±3mm), and structural performance (bearing capacity, deflection), ensuring components meet the requirements of the 'Code for Design of Concrete Structures' GB50010-2010.
