Processing of Concrete Panels for Prefabricated Housing
The processing of concrete panels for prefabricated housing involves multiple technical processes, mainly including prefabricated concrete wall panels, concrete decorative panels (colored concrete cladding panels), and mass production of concrete prefabricated panels.

1. Processing of Prefabricated Concrete Wall Panels Prefabricated concrete wall panels are reinforced concrete panel components fabricated in prefabrication plants or construction sites, primarily used for building assembly. Their core types include PC wall panels (such as single-sided composite, double-sided composite, and fully prefabricated) and industrialized finished wall panels. During processing, the panel type must be selected according to design requirements, and mold forming technology is used to ensure dimensional accuracy of the components. Single-sided composite wall panels are typically formed by combining a prefabricated layer with a cast-in-place layer, while double-sided composite panels are formed by casting concrete between two prefabricated layers to create an integral structure. Fully prefabricated wall panels are entirely fabricated in the factory and directly assembled on-site. Industrialized finished wall panels may integrate functional layers such as insulation and decoration, requiring multi-layer material composites to be completed during the prefabrication stage.
2. Processing of Concrete Decorative Panels (Colored Concrete Cladding Panels) These panels are prefabricated using either the "forward" or "reverse" casting process and include types such as colored terrazzo and artistic terrazzo. They do not require secondary finishing after on-site assembly. The processing flow includes:
- Mold Treatment: Adopt wood grain bottom mold pretreatment technology to impart surface texture to the panels through special molds;
- Reinforcement Cage Fabrication: Bind reinforcement bars according to structural requirements to enhance the panel's crack resistance;
- Concrete Pouring: Prepare colored concrete using materials such as cement, fine and coarse sand, and pigments in proportion to ensure high strength and resistance to deformation when exposed to water;
- Suspension System Installation: Suspend the panels from the reinforced concrete structural layer using stainless steel hangers, while setting up insulation and air layers to form a curtain wall system with both enclosure and decorative functions. The curtain wall is divided into two types: skeleton-free (directly suspended) and framed (requiring additional steel structure support).
3. Mass Production of Concrete Prefabricated Panels The mass production process covers raw material processing, mold forming, structural reinforcement, and surface treatment:
- Raw Material Mixing: Transport cement, sand, and gravel to a large mixer via conveyor belts to mix into uniform concrete;
- Mold Forming: Place a标志 model (assuming this is a typo and should be 'marker model' or similar, but kept as is for translation accuracy) at the bottom of the mold, pour in the concrete, and place a metal frame to enhance toughness;
- Reinforcement Processing: Bend reinforcement bars to the design shape using a hydraulic press and combine them with the concrete to form a composite structure;
- Interlayer Insulation Treatment: Place insulating foam when pouring the first layer of concrete, cover with reinforcement bars, and then pour the second layer of concrete to form an insulation interlayer;
- Surface Treatment: Flatten the concrete surface and allow it to dry, then perform wall surface finishing after 12 hours to ensure flatness meets standards.
