Prefabricated Houses Finished Products in Jiangxi

Admin September 18, 2026

Prefabricated houses finished products in Jiangxi exhibit diverse characteristics in terms of project applications, development trends, and enterprise products.

In terms of project cases, the Jiangnanfu (South District) Relocation Resettlement Housing Construction Project in Zhanggong District, Ganzhou City, undertaken by Jiangxi Zhongmei, is a typical representative and has been selected as a demonstration project for prefabricated buildings in Jiangxi Province. This project adopts an assembled monolithic concrete structure, with a maximum assembly rate of 50.02% for individual buildings. It utilizes various prefabricated components such as prefabricated composite slabs, prefabricated stairs, and prefabricated balconies. The vertical structure employs assembled concrete shear wall structure technology, while the horizontal components use prefabricated concrete composite floor slabs and prefabricated stair technology. The components are designed in depth using BIM technology and manufactured in modern factories. The project adopts an EPC general contracting model, achieving integrated management of design, procurement, and construction, thereby improving project efficiency and quality.

Regarding development trends, due to the widespread mountainous and hilly terrain and humid, rainy climate in Jiangxi, there are high demands for building moisture-proofing and earthquake resistance, driving the development of prefabricated integrated housing. Its applications have expanded from temporary buildings to permanent residential and public buildings. Core components are standardized and manufactured in factories, allowing for rapid on-site assembly, shortened construction periods, and reduced construction dust and noise. It holds significant advantages in areas such as rural revitalization, tourism support facilities, and emergency resettlement. Technologically, light steel keel structures or concrete prefabricated components are commonly used, combined with thermal insulation materials. Some projects introduce BIM technology for full-process digital management, with structural systems meeting seismic design specifications. For example, a large-scale prefabricated building industrial base located in the Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone is a technologically leading enterprise in East China. Its products are widely used in multiple affordable housing and school projects across the province, and the factory implements green production standards with a waste recycling rate of over 90%.

In terms of enterprise products, Jiangxi Jintai Prefabricated Building Co., Ltd., based in De'an, Jiujiang, has launched light steel composite cement prefabricated houses. These houses are earthquake-resistant, fire-resistant, and durable, and are cast in one piece in the factory. The wall strength is 130% higher than that of traditional brick-and-mortar houses, capable of withstanding magnitude-8 earthquakes and force-12 strong winds. They are waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and anti-aging, addressing issues such as long construction periods for traditional brick-and-mortar houses and the flimsy structure of conventional color steel movable board houses.
