Admin September 18, 2026

The requirements for prefabricated house transport drivers mainly include three aspects: strict qualification requirements, core job responsibilities, and labor protection and behavioral norms.

Strict Qualification Requirements: Firstly, drivers must be at least 18 years old and not exceed the statutory retirement age, with good physical health and free from diseases that hinder operations, such as epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure, vertigo, color blindness, etc. Both eyes must have a visual acuity of 5.0 (1.0) or above, with no stereoblindness and accurate depth perception. Secondly, they must undergo specialized safety and technical training, obtain a special operations personnel certificate (code N1), and work with the certificate. Before independently operating the vehicle, they must complete at least one month of internship under the guidance of an experienced driver to familiarize themselves with the road conditions in the factory or site, the characteristics of the components, and the specific operational procedures. They can only work independently after passing the assessment.

Core Job Responsibilities: The driver is the primary person responsible for the forklift they operate and is responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and fault reporting of the vehicle. During operations, they must follow the instructions of dispatchers and on-site managers, but they have the right to refuse illegal instructions, such as overloading or mixing passengers and cargo. At the same time, they need to be familiar with the weight, dimensions, center of gravity, and vulnerable parts of various prefabricated components they transport, be able to select appropriate attachments according to the characteristics of the components, such as forks, lifting devices, and push-pull devices, and set the best handling plan. In addition, they are responsible for supervising the safety of pedestrians within the operational radius and promptly stopping unrelated personnel from entering the hazardous operational area.

Labor Protection and Behavioral Norms: During operations, they must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, including safety helmets, reflective vests, and anti-smashing and anti-puncture safety shoes. Driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited, as is smoking, eating, chatting, or using mobile phones and other electronic devices during operations. Clothing should be tight-fitting, with cuffs, collars, and hems fastened tightly. Wearing hanging ornaments is strictly prohibited to prevent them from being caught by moving parts. Drivers must maintain a good mental state and are not allowed to work when fatigued or experiencing significant emotional fluctuations. They should actively report to the team leader and suspend operations.
