Prefabricated House Stairs
Prefabricated house stairs generally refer to stairs that are processed in a factory and precisely match the reserved positions in the building in terms of size. The following provides an introduction from three aspects: type, characteristics, and installation methods.

Type
Common prefabricated house stairs include fully assembled prefabricated stairs, which consist of stair beams and several tread plates. One end of the stair beam is slidably arranged on the first main structure, the other end is detachably installed on the second main structure, and the tread plates are detachably installed on the stair beams. This design allows for flexible combination and installation of the various components of the stairs, adapting to different architectural requirements.
Characteristics
- Integrated Design: Adopting an integrated design of decoration and structure, eliminating the need for additional tiling of decorative materials such as tiles and marble. This not only simplifies the construction process but also reduces the workload and time of on-site construction, while ensuring the overall aesthetics and coordination of the stairs.
- Factory Prefabrication: The entire stairs are prefabricated in a factory, enabling full utilization of the factory's advanced equipment and processes to ensure the processing accuracy and quality stability of the stairs. Compared to on-site fabrication, factory prefabrication allows for better control over material usage and construction environment, reducing the occurrence of quality issues.
- Convenient Installation: They can be assembled on-site or quickly installed on-site after being assembled in the factory. Since most of the manufacturing work for the stairs is completed in the factory, only simple assembly and fixation are required on-site, greatly shortening the construction period and improving construction efficiency.
Installation Method
During installation, lifting equipment is used to hoist the prefabricated stairs using chains and slowly move them to the installation floor. During the movement, it is essential to ensure the stability and safety of the stairs to avoid collisions and damage. When the stairs reach the installation position, workers need to assist in adjusting the angle so that both ends of the stairs align with the reserved supports or connection points, followed by fixation and connection to ensure the stability and safety of the stairs.
