Prefabricated House Single-Story Construction Plan
Admin September 19, 2026
The prefabricated house single-story construction plan should cover construction preparation, foundation construction, component installation, handling of key processes, and acceptance and maintenance. The specific procedures are as follows:

I. Construction Preparation
Technical Preparation
- Organize a drawing review, focusing on verifying the model, dimensions, embedded part locations, and node connection methods of prefabricated components to ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare a detailed construction plan, specifying the process flow, quality standards, and safety measures, and implement it after approval by the supervisor.
- Establish a construction survey control network, set up axis control points and benchmarks, complete setting out before foundation construction, and mark elevation control lines before component installation.
Material Preparation
- Notify the manufacturer in advance of the supply plan for prefabricated components, which should be accompanied by quality certificates and inspection reports upon arrival.
- Prepare materials including cement, sand and gravel, steel bars, grouting materials, welding materials, and sealants, all of which must pass inspection before use.
- Equip with mobile cranes, tower cranes, grouting machines, theodolites, level gauges, etc., and debug them before arrival to ensure good performance.
Site Preparation
- Level the site and set up hardened component stacking areas (with bottom skids spaced ≥2m apart), material stacking areas, and temporary facility areas.
- Erect offices and warehouses that meet safety requirements, connect construction water and electricity supplies, and set up three-level power distribution protection.
- Install 1.2m-high protective railings after foundation excavation and set up warning signs in the construction area.
II. Foundation Construction
- Foundation Type: Adopt shallow foundations (such as strip, independent, or raft foundations) with embedded parts on the top surface for connection with prefabricated components.
- Construction Process: Positioning and setting out → Earth excavation → Foundation treatment → Cushion construction → Steel bar binding → Formwork installation → Concrete pouring → Curing → Acceptance.
- Construction Points:
- Reserve 200mm for manual bottom cleaning during earth excavation to avoid over-excavation; replace with sand and gravel or lime soil if the foundation bearing capacity is insufficient.
- Use C15 concrete for the cushion, with a thickness of 100mm and a surface flatness elevation deviation of ±5mm.
- Bind steel bars with a spacing deviation of ±10mm and a protective layer of 30mm; weld embedded parts firmly to the steel bars.
III. Installation of Prefabricated Components
- Lifting Sequence Planning: Determine the number and model of tower cranes based on the floor plan and plan the lifting sequence of components to ensure overlapping processes.
- Technical Process:
- Transfer control axes → Mark lines on the floor → Measure horizontal elevations → Install prefabricated wall panels one by one (place elevation spacers → lift and position → temporarily fix → correct → install anchor bars).
- Bind steel bars for cast-in-place shear walls → erect formwork → lift prefabricated beams and composite slabs → bind steel bars for floor slabs → pour concrete → cure.
- Construction Points:
- Use tower cranes for lifting, employ steel spreaders to prevent component deformation, and set lifting points reasonably to ensure horizontal lifting.
- Set up temporary fixation and supports after components are in place, adjust verticality, and proceed to install the next component after unhooking.
IV. Key Processes in Single-Story Construction
Construction of Prefabricated Floor Slabs:
- Strictly control dimensions, strength, and flatness according to design requirements during the production stage.
- Use dedicated supports for fixation during transportation to avoid damage; use appropriate equipment for lifting to ensure safety and stability.
- Adjust the levelness after installation, control the spacing and protective layer thickness when binding steel bars, and cure after concrete pouring until the strength meets the standard.
Node Connection and Waterproofing:
- Connect prefabricated components using grouting sleeves or welding to ensure structural integrity.
- Select high-quality materials for roof waterproofing, reinforce with multiple layers, and pay attention to insulation, heat insulation, and drainage design.
V. Acceptance and Maintenance
- Conduct special acceptance of the installation quality of prefabricated components, concrete strength, and node connections.
- Cover and moisturize concrete during curing, with a curing time of no less than 7 days to ensure the strength meets the standard.
