Prefabricated House Roof Construction
There are three main forms of prefabricated house roof construction: prefabricated panel sloped roof construction, reinforced concrete panel tile roof construction, and prefabricated beam hollow brick roof construction for villas.

Prefabricated Panel Sloped Roof Construction: This involves neatly arranging 5-hole prefabricated panels on a slope to form a sloped roof. This construction method carries certain risks. Since the prefabricated panel roof is assembled from multiple prefabricated concrete panels, there are natural gaps between the panels, resulting in weak structural integrity. After years of exposure to factors such as constant washing, soaking, alternating deformations, and natural building settlement, the original gaps in the roof base layer will gradually crack, leading to issues like widespread roof leakage. For example, in some old buildings with this type of sloped roof construction, after years of use, rainwater often leaks into the interior, affecting the living experience and the building's service life.
Reinforced Concrete Panel Tile Roof Construction: This is a building construction form where tiles are laid on prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow panels or cast-in-place flat panels to meet fire prevention or aesthetic requirements. The process is divided into two categories. One involves laying felt on the leveling layer and then fixing the felt pressing strips and tile hanging strips with wooden wedges to lay the tiles. In this method, the felt provides a certain degree of waterproofing, and the wooden wedges fixing the felt pressing strips and tile hanging strips ensure the stability of tile installation. The other method is to directly apply waterproof cement mortar on the roof panel to affix the tiles, a process commonly seen in the construction of antique-style buildings. The waterproof cement mortar not only serves to affix the tiles but also enhances the roof's waterproofing performance, giving the building a more antique charm.
Prefabricated Beam Hollow Brick Roof Construction for Villas: First, prefabricated beams are used to form a skeleton, and then hollow bricks are inserted one by one in the middle to cover the entire roof surface. After ensuring all bricks are firmly interlocked, the entire surface is sealed and leveled with mortar. The prefabricated beams, as the skeleton, provide a stable supporting structure for the roof. The use of hollow bricks reduces the roof's weight while offering certain thermal insulation properties. The overall sealing and leveling with mortar make the roof surface flat, improving its aesthetic appeal and waterproofing performance.
