Prefabricated House Production Tutorial
The production tutorials for prefabricated houses vary depending on the type. Below are the production processes for several common types of prefabricated houses:

Prefabricated Concrete Houses
The entire production process of prefabricated concrete houses covers fine craftsmanship from steel bar processing to finished product forming, although specific steps are not detailed. It generally includes steel bar binding, formwork erection, concrete pouring, curing, and formwork removal. Standardized production is achieved through industrial production lines to ensure the dimensional accuracy and structural strength of components.
Prefabricated Wooden Houses
Material Preparation: Mark two dividing lines on the pine wood, saw along the marks with high precision. The equipment drags the wood to the parking area through gravity sensing, laser prints labels of the same model, and then stacks them by category.
Wall Assembly: The roller robotic arm lifts the wooden boards, and the nail gun fixes one side within 2 seconds to form a window frame. At the same time, it picks up the vertical surface and transports it to the next platform. Multiple robotic arms work together to nail out the wall with millimeter-level precision, eliminating the need for ruler inspection.
Load-Bearing Beam Production: Workers insert solid wood into the equipment to process it into a square frame, which serves as the support structure for the main wall.
Prefabricated Demountable Container Houses
Bottom Frame Installation: Connect the lower corner fittings to the bottom beams, fix the battens of different specifications, measure the diagonals to ensure perpendicularity, and reserve space for column movement.
Floor Leveling: Lay MGO boards and leave gaps for wall panels. Use instruments to level the floor and add shims.
Top Frame Installation: Connect the upper corner fittings, top beams, and columns in layers. Correct the perpendicularity with a level, temporarily support with top battens, and finally reinforce the joints.
Drainage System Installation: Connect the corner fittings to the drainage channels, fix the drainage pipes, seal them with glue, and install the downspouts.
Sealing Treatment: Stick sealing strips on the inner side of the frame.
Wall Panel Installation: Connect the wall panels according to specifications. Supporting wall panels are required for doors and windows, and the height of the wall panels below the windows is fixed at 940mm.
Ceiling Installation: Fix square tube supports when there are wall panels, and directly fix them to the top beams when there are no wall panels.
Water and Electricity Installation: Drill holes in the walls, thread the wires, and fix them to the steel wires.
Roof Installation: Cut and lay glass wool, fix the drainage channels with glue, and then install the roof tiles.
Modular Buildings (Prefabricated Houses)
Factory Prefabrication: The building is disassembled into independent modules, and the ceiling, walls, waterproof layers, etc., are manufactured in the factory. Scattered components are produced in layers and then automatically assembled by welding robotic arms, with an annual delivery capacity of up to several thousand sets.
On-Site Assembly: After the modules are transported to the site, they are precisely assembled according to the "ID card" information (including project name, model, and production date), with the positioning error of steel bars controlled within millimeters.
