Renderings of Partition Walls for Prefabricated Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

Currently, renderings of partition walls for prefabricated houses cannot be provided directly, but detailed information about prefabricated partition walls can be introduced.

Prefabricated partition wall panels are common indoor partition materials, typically produced directly in factories and then assembled on construction sites. These wall panels are notably sturdy and durable, capable of withstanding a certain degree of external impact and daily wear and tear, providing stable and reliable separation for indoor spaces. However, it is important to note that prefabricated partition wall panels cannot be cut, which necessitates precise measurement of indoor space dimensions before design and installation to ensure a perfect fit and avoid waste or installation difficulties due to size mismatches.

Taking the Fengchuang Industrial Park on Beiwang Science and Technology Avenue in the Tianjin Sino-Canada Ecological Demonstration Zone as an example, the non-load-bearing exterior walls of three buildings in the park utilize assembled wooden frame composite walls, an advanced form of prefabricated walls. The dimensions of individual prefabricated wall panels vary, with the largest reaching 4200mm×407mm and the smallest being 1065mm×3600mm, meeting different spatial and design requirements.

These walls are entirely prefabricated in factories and then transported to the site for installation. The basic construction layers from inside to outside are as follows: First, there is a 12mm-thick fire-resistant gypsum board, which not only provides some fire protection but also offers a flat base for the wall surface. Next is the SPF wooden stud with dimensions of 38mm×140mm, serving as the wall's skeleton and providing structural support for the entire wall. Then, there is a 140mm-thick glass wool layer, which offers good thermal insulation properties and effectively reduces heat transfer between indoors and outdoors. Further out is a 9.5mm-thick cement-bonded particle board, which further enhances the wall's strength and stability. After that is the breathable membrane, which allows the wall to 'breathe' and regulates indoor humidity. The preservative-treated wooden drainage strip, measuring 9mm×38mm, serves to drain and guide water flow. The aluminum alloy hanging strip, with dimensions of 40mm×50mm×3mm, is used to secure the outer layer of panels. The outermost layer is a 9.5mm-thick thick wood-grain cement fiber hanging board, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly durable.
