Prefabricated House Partition Wall Construction Plan
Admin September 18, 2026
The prefabricated house partition wall construction plan mainly includes steps such as construction preparation, prefabricated panel mold making and prefabricated panel production, prefabricated panel installation and fixation, treatment of door and window openings, treatment of wall panel joints, decorative surface layer construction, as well as acceptance and maintenance.

- Construction preparation: Familiarize with the drawings to clarify design requirements, construction techniques, and quality standards; clean the construction site to ensure a tidy environment; determine the location and dimensions of the partition wall according to the design drawings and conduct on-site marking; check the specifications and quality of the prefabricated panels, and prepare all installation materials and tools, such as galvanized square tubes and prefabricated welded connectors; complete the construction of the ground beam, with the process being marking → rebar planting → formwork erection → grouting → full grouting → formwork removal → curing.
- Prefabricated panel mold making and prefabricated panel production: Use galvanized square tubes to make the mold frame according to the design dimensions, and lay a film to prevent concrete adhesion and facilitate demolding; place a steel reinforcement mesh to enhance structural strength, pour concrete and ensure it is filled densely, and precisely implant welded connectors for connection with the wall and ceiling surfaces; after the concrete naturally solidifies to the specified strength, remove the formwork according to the specifications.
- Prefabricated panel installation and fixation: According to the measurement and marking results, gently lift the prefabricated panels into place and use special supports or wooden blocks for temporary support to ensure verticality and levelness; adjust the position to make it parallel to the adjacent walls; use special connectors or welding methods to firmly connect with the foundation structure, ensuring that the connection is flat and seamless.
- Treatment of door and window openings: Cut the prefabricated partition wall panels according to the dimensions of the door and window openings; install firm door and window opening formwork; pour concrete to fill the openings; remove the formwork and clean the site.
- Treatment of wall panel joints: Clean the wall panel joints to ensure they are clean and flat; fill with special joint filler to ensure uniform density and no hollowing, and use elastic putty for larger gaps; apply sealing material to fill the joints, check the treatment quality, and ensure good sealing performance.
- Decorative surface layer construction: Carry out the construction of decorative materials such as paint and wallpaper on the surface of the prefabricated panels according to the design requirements; keep the decorative surface layer flat and aesthetically pleasing, with no color differences or stains.
- Acceptance and maintenance: After the construction is completed, conduct a comprehensive quality acceptance, checking whether the verticality, flatness, and joint treatment meet the specifications; promptly rectify any existing problems; strengthen maintenance during daily use to ensure long-term use effectiveness.
