Molds for Prefabricated Houses Along the Line

Admin September 18, 2026

Molds for prefabricated houses along the line include various types such as eave line molds, waist line molds, and drip line molds. Cement house steel molds are also important equipment.

Eave Line and Related Molds

There is a rich variety of eave line molds, and their prices vary depending on design, material, and craftsmanship. For example, the eave line mold for villa big tiger claw lines, cement exterior wall gutter lines, and European-style Roman column molds is priced at ¥50.0; the European-style eave line mold for villa roof styling, three-level drip line decorative templates, and gutter line molds is priced at ¥73.46; the Chinese-European-style eave line mold for waist lines, eave lines, house lines, cement gutter lines, and new rural eave styling is priced at ¥111.6. There are also triple-eyelid eave line molds available at different price points such as ¥10.99, ¥1060.0, and ¥82.98. These molds can be used for exterior wall decoration of villas, self-built houses, and other buildings, creating eave styles in European, Chinese-European, and other styles.

Cement House Steel Molds

Cement house steel molds are processed and made from Q235 low-carbon steel, featuring high overall structural strength. They can withstand the high-pressure impact during concrete pouring without deformation or cracking. Designed as modular拼接 (modular拼接 here should be 'modular assembly' in proper context, but kept as is for direct translation) structures, a single set can be assembled into common cement house sizes with an assembly accuracy of ±0.5mm, ensuring flat walls and square corners for the cement house. They can be used directly without secondary plastering and also support the customization of irregular modules according to housing layout requirements.

In terms of cost and usage efficiency, steel molds have significant advantages. A single set can be turned over 300 - 500 times, resulting in lower long-term usage costs. Moreover, they are easy to assemble and disassemble. A team of 2 - 3 people can complete the assembly and demolding of a single set of molds. The production cycle for a single set of cement houses can be controlled within 1 - 2 days, shortening the construction period by 60% compared to traditional methods. Additionally, they have strong weather resistance and can operate stably in environments ranging from -30℃ to 70℃.

Cement house molds have evolved from traditional large steel formwork for buildings. Their core components include mold liners, exterior wall molds, bases, and slide rails, with a self-weight exceeding 20 tons. Strict safety operation specifications must be followed. By opening and closing the molds to form a pouring cavity and combining with steam curing processes to accelerate concrete hardening, after four generations of technological upgrades, the molds can be reused for about 5 - 8 years. With wall thicknesses of 14 - 17cm and panel thicknesses of 10 - 13cm, they can concentrate on prefabricating components to shorten the construction period and are suitable for the production needs of cement houses of different scales.
