Prefabricated House Molds
Prefabricated house molds are industrial equipment used for the molding of concrete prefabricated products, covering two main categories: cement house molds and prefabricated component molds. They feature diverse structures, technical characteristics, and design requirements, with numerous brands in the market and significant price differences.

Types and Structures
Cement house molds have evolved from traditional large steel formwork for buildings, undergoing four generations of technological upgrades. Their core components include mold liners, exterior wall molds, bases, and slide rails, with a self-weight exceeding 20 tons. They form casting cavities through mold opening and closing, combined with steam curing processes to accelerate concrete hardening. Prefabricated component molds are used for producing six types of standard components, such as composite floor slabs and balcony slabs, and are divided into independent molds and large base molds. Independent molds use a large amount of steel and are suitable for projects with a single type of component and a high number of repetitions. Large base molds only require the production of side molds, with the base mold being reusable. Their typical structure consists of standardized components including base molds, side molds, and end molds, with support structures made of section steel or steel plates.
Technical Characteristics
Cement house molds can be reused for approximately 5 - 8 years, with wall thicknesses ranging from 14 - 17 cm and slab thicknesses from 10 - 13 cm. They enable centralized prefabrication of components to shorten construction periods. Prefabricated component molds generally use steel molds as the main structure, with core functions including wet demolding technology for non-destructive separation of uncured components and the use of wing-shaped torsion springs for positioning and oil lubrication in sliding grooves to improve mobility. Current technological development focuses on the composite application of automated demolding devices and lightweight materials, exploring the composite application of fiberglass and aluminum alloy, which reduces weight compared to traditional steel molds while maintaining the same stiffness.
Design Considerations
The design of prefabricated component molds must adhere to multiple basic criteria. The molds should have sufficient load-bearing capacity, stiffness, and stability to ensure dimensional accuracy and account for concrete setting and expansion during the design process. Ease of demolding is a primary consideration in design. The components of the molds should be firmly connected, and all embedded parts on the prefabricated components should have reliable fixing measures. The mold strength must be guaranteed to prevent deformation. The design of the mold's reinforcement protrusion method should balance the notch size to avoid grout leakage or affect demolding, while also considering operational safety and practicality.
Market Situation
There are numerous brands of cement prefabricated house molds, such as Zhengwang, Bairui, and Zhengsheng. Prices vary significantly among different brands and specifications. For example, the price of cement movable box molds in Baoding, Hebei, is 1800.00 per piece; the price of prefabricated cement house molds in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, is 9700.00 per ton.
