The Prefabricated House Manufacturing Process Includes
The prefabricated house manufacturing process mainly includes two core steps: the production of prefabricated components and on-site assembly.

In the production of prefabricated components, the first step is the production of prefabricated panels. Specifically, wooden boards are used to nail together a hollow mold. Reinforcing bars are carefully arranged in the hollow part of the mold, which is like building a sturdy 'skeleton' for the prefabricated panel. Then, the hollow part is filled with cement. After the cement dries, the wooden boards are knocked off, and a prefabricated panel is completed.
The second step is the construction of prefabricated detachable container house components. First, the bottom frame is installed by connecting the lower corner fittings and the bottom beams and securing them firmly with bolts, laying a stable foundation for the entire house. Subsequently, the columns are connected to the bottom frame, and MGO boards are laid at the same time. During the laying process, gaps are left for the installation of wall panels later.
There is also the prefabrication of modular buildings. The building is disassembled into individual independent modules, which are manufactured in the factory. Items such as the ceiling, floor, and water and electricity pipelines of the house are all prefabricated on the factory assembly line. Some scattered components are produced separately first and then sent to the final assembly station for final assembly. This method greatly improves production efficiency and quality.
In the on-site assembly stage, the first step is connection and fixation. The upper corner fittings, columns, top short beams, etc., are connected. During the connection process, a level is used to measure whether the columns are perpendicular to the ground. If not, necessary supports and adjustments are required to ensure the stability and safety of the entire structure, which is the key to the long-term use of the house.
Next is the installation of wall panels, doors, and windows. Wall panels are accurately installed in the reserved gaps, and doors and windows are installed, gradually forming a complete structure for the house and preparing it for subsequent interior decoration and use.
Finally, there is the interior decoration and facility installation. The installation of ceilings, wires, and insulation materials, as well as the fixation of roof tiles, etc., are carried out. At the same time, interior decoration is carried out according to user needs, such as wall paint and floor laying, making the house not only have living functions but also meet people's requirements for aesthetics and comfort.
