Export of Prefabricated House Manufacturers
Chinese prefabricated house manufacturers have achieved remarkable results in exports, with many companies achieving breakthroughs and growth in overseas markets.

I. Significant Export Achievements by Enterprises Many Chinese prefabricated house manufacturers have made remarkable progress in overseas markets. Guangdong CIMC Architectural Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has independently developed an integrated modular building system with a complete steel structure. Its products are diverse, covering high-end office buildings, hotels, etc., with a market presence in over 20 countries and regions, including the United Kingdom and Australia. The average annual output value of modular buildings reaches 77.458 million yuan. This year, overseas orders have continued to grow, with key projects successfully delivered to Cameroon, Indonesia, and other places. CSG Green Technology Co., Ltd. has seen a significant increase in export orders. From the beginning of the previous year to the time of the report, it has delivered nearly 20,000 modules. With mature technology, its export projects include hotels in Papua New Guinea, and subsequent orders keep coming. Zhejiang Putian Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. is shipping integrated houses produced for the 2026 Dakar Youth Olympic Games to Africa; Broad Group's 273 "Living Building" modules have been exported to the Middle East.
II. Strong Growth in Export Data From the export data, from 2015 to 2025, China's prefabricated building exports have nearly tripled in 10 years, with a growth rate of 45% in the first quarter of 2026. In the first four months of this year, enterprises across the country exported 1.68 billion yuan worth of modular buildings through the Shenzhen port, a year-on-year increase of 19.6%, with exports to more than 150 countries and regions. In the first half of this year, China's prefabricated building (hs9406) exports reached 2.79 billion US dollars, a 45% increase year-on-year, showing strong growth momentum.
III. Customs Facilitates Export Development During the export process, customs and other departments have played an active role. Shatian Customs has continuously optimized its supervision processes, expanded the coverage of "water-to-water transfer" shipping routes, promoted port interconnection, and explored the integration of multimodal transport models to provide convenience for enterprise exports. Xinhui Customs has precisely guided enterprises in completing the upgrade of their account book models, reducing burdens and increasing efficiency for enterprises, and helping prefabricated house manufacturers better expand their overseas markets.
