Prefabricated House Integral Hoisting
Prefabricated house integral hoisting is a construction method that uses a crane to hoist and move the entire prefabricated house from the factory without disassembly.

Main Component Materials: The main materials of prefabricated houses mainly fall into two categories. One is metal decorative insulation panels, which are made by compounding carved aluminum-zinc alloy steel plates with polyurethane insulation layers. The surface can display decorative effects such as marble and cultured stone, combining aesthetics with insulation performance. The other is concrete modules, which are prefabricated in the factory and then hoisted on-site. They possess functions such as earthquake resistance, fire prevention, and energy conservation, making them suitable for scenarios with high structural safety requirements.
Typical Application Scenarios:
- Temporary Buildings: For example, container houses. After being fully prefabricated in the factory, they are transported to the site and directly hoisted into place without the need for traditional construction processes. They can be put into use on the same day and are commonly used in scenarios such as construction site dormitories and temporary offices.
- Modular Renovation Projects: Some renovation projects adopt concrete modular construction technology. The building is planned into multiple prefabricated modules, each integrating electromechanical pipelines and decorative components. Rapid assembly is achieved through truck hoisting. At the module joints, on-site steel bar splicing and concrete pouring processes are used to ensure structural integrity.
- Rural Revitalization Projects: In the 2023 key infrastructure construction project for rural revitalization in Huoshaocheng Village, Shimen Town, Tianzhu County, hoisted houses were used as affordable housing, demonstrating the applicability of this technology in rural housing construction.
Advantages Compared to Traditional Construction Techniques:
- Short Construction Period: The construction period can be shortened by more than 60%. Since the main structure is prefabricated in the factory, only hoisting and a small amount of connection work are required on-site, significantly reducing on-site construction time.
- Controllable Quality: Factory production allows for strict control over material quality and construction precision, avoiding quality fluctuations caused by environmental and human factors in traditional on-site construction.
- Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection: It reduces on-site wet operations (such as concrete pouring), lowering dust and noise pollution. Moreover, the material has a high recycling rate, aligning with the concept of green buildings.
- Easy Maintenance: The modular design facilitates later maintenance and upgrades. When a single module is damaged, it can be replaced specifically, reducing the full-lifecycle maintenance cost.
