Installation Steps for Prefabricated Houses
The installation steps for prefabricated houses are as follows:

Foundation Treatment: First, the foundation needs to be treated, which involves leveling the foundation and pouring a cushion layer. Start by clearing weeds from the foundation, then excavate foundation pits. During excavation, precise measurements must be taken to ensure that the excavation depth and ground height meet design requirements. Generally, after excavating about 60 centimeters downward, lay a white plastic sheet, which may serve to provide some moisture resistance and other effects. After that, use a concrete pump truck to pour the foundation, providing a stable base for subsequent installation.
Installing Foundation Piles and Assembling Crossbeams: After the concrete has set, install the foundation plates. Use a drill to create holes and secure the foundation plates with expansion screws, attaching the foundation piles to the cushion layer through the foundation plates. Next, use a mobile crane to install prefabricated foundation piles weighing about 5 tons each, assembling the crossbeams like building blocks. During installation, perform horizontal measurements and adjustments, and secure them with nuts once properly aligned. To ensure the structural integrity and stability, fill the gaps between the crossbeams and foundation piles with expanding foam and seal the areas around the nuts with cement.
Backfilling Soil and Pouring Foundation: After completing the foundation frame structure, proceed with backfilling soil to further enhance the stability of the foundation.
Installing Prefabricated Components:
- Prefabricated Columns: Install in the order of foot columns, side columns, and center columns. Use the axis and outer contour lines as control lines during installation, with side and corner columns controlled by the outer contour lines to ensure accurate positioning.
- Prefabricated Shear Wall Panels: Follow the principle of installing exterior walls first, with panels connected to cast-in-place sections installed first. Use the axis and contour lines as control lines, with double control for exterior walls. When filling wall panels in sections, use mortar for sectioning. For multi-story shear walls, evenly lay the grouting material with a thickness not exceeding 20mm.
- Prefabricated Beams, Composite Slabs, and Composite Beams: Install in the order of main beams first, then secondary beams, and from low to high. After lifting the composite slabs, check the height difference and width of the slab bottom joints. If they do not meet requirements, re-lift and adjust using adjustable supports. Temporary supports should only be removed after the strength of the post-poured concrete meets design requirements.
Installing Other Prefabricated Components: For example, installing prefabricated bay windows involves procedures such as setting out and positioning, binding wall column rebar and sealing with aluminum formwork, binding floor slab bottom rebar, reserving and embedding water and electrical pipelines, pouring floor slab concrete, and finishing the cast-in-place floor surface. Installing prefabricated balconies also includes steps like binding floor slab bottom rebar, reserving and embedding water and electrical pipelines, pouring floor slab concrete, and finishing the cast-in-place floor surface.
