Prefabricated House Hydraulic Mold

Admin September 18, 2026

The prefabricated house hydraulic mold is a concrete preforming equipment used in factories for the prefabrication of integral concrete houses. It has evolved from traditional large steel building formwork and its core components include mold liners, exterior wall molds, bases, and slide rails, with a self-weight exceeding 20 tons.

Technical Upgrade History

The prefabricated house hydraulic mold has undergone four generations of technological innovation:

  • First Generation: Simple structure and basic functionality, primarily used for forming early concrete house components. However, it had low operational efficiency and was difficult to demold.
  • Second Generation: Achieved vertical wall forming with a uniform vertical thickness of 150mm for upper and lower walls. It was easy to operate and demold, but required regular oiling for maintenance to extend its service life.
  • Third Generation: Supported multi-size adjustment functions, allowing adjustments to the width, length, and height of houses according to production needs. This effectively alleviated issues of land and capital constraints in housing factories and improved the mold's applicability.
  • Fourth Generation: Adopted a fully automatic hydraulic system integrated with electric vibration functions. It automated the mold opening, closing, and vibration processes through hydraulic and remote control technologies, requiring only manual concrete pouring, significantly saving labor and time costs.

Performance Parameters and Advantages

  • Service Life: The mold can be reused for approximately 5-8 years, resulting in low long-term usage costs.
  • Component Specifications: Wall thickness ranges from 14-17cm, and panel thickness ranges from 10-13cm, meeting different structural requirements.
  • Production Efficiency: Centralized prefabrication of components can shorten construction periods and adapt to the production needs of housing factories of different scales.
  • Material and Craftsmanship: Some molds use national standard structural steel with a steel plate thickness of 4-8mm, weighing about 20 tons. The production cycle is 5-15 days, and the transportation cycle is 3 days, supporting nationwide sales.

Other Types of Molds

In addition to hydraulic molds, there are also prefabricated cement house steel molds, which offer services such as free design, hydraulic mold opening and closing, and door-to-door delivery. Their materials are similar to those of hydraulic molds, but they emphasize customization and convenience, making them suitable for scenarios with high demands on production cycles and flexibility.
