Prefabricated House Finished Product Machinery

Admin September 18, 2026

The machinery related to prefabricated house finished products mainly includes floor slab machines, fully automatic prefabricated wall machines, and prefabricated concrete wall panel production lines, all of which are used for producing prefabricated house components.

Floor slab machines are typical representatives of prefabricated component production machinery, also known as hollow slab machines or hollow slab extrusion molding machines. Their core function is to complete the extrusion molding of pre-stressed concrete circular hole slabs in industrial and civil buildings. This equipment adopts a continuous production mode with relatively high production efficiency, and the production length can reach 1.0 - 1.3 meters per minute. Its working principle is to form a plate-like structure with regular holes in the mold through mechanical extrusion of concrete. This design not only reduces the self-weight of the floor slab but also improves its structural strength, making it widely used in the floor or roof systems of multi-story buildings.

The fully automatic prefabricated wall machine is developed by a Fuzhou team and achieves waste resource utilization through technological innovation. This equipment mixes waste slag and cement in specific proportions and forms wall panels through high-pressure pressing by multi-directional screw rods. Its improved multi-directional screw rod design significantly increases the density of the finished product, enabling the wall bearing capacity to be more than twice that of traditional brick walls. In practical applications, three operators can complete the masonry of the main bedroom walls in just 2 hours using this equipment, and the surface flatness error of the walls is less than 2 millimeters, allowing for direct decoration layer construction and greatly shortening the house-building cycle.

The prefabricated concrete wall panel production line is provided by Tianyi Machinery and adopts a modular design concept. This production line uses cement, sand and gravel, lightweight aggregates, and additives as raw materials, achieving uniform material mixing through a twin-shaft forced mixer, and then pressing out wall panels of specific shapes through hydraulic molding or high-frequency vibration molding technology. Its core advantages include: eliminating internal bubbles through a vacuum degassing process to ensure a wall panel density of more than 2.3t/m³; achieving a dimensional accuracy of ±1 millimeter through a CNC cutting system; and the surface treatment device can simultaneously complete roughening or embossing processes to meet the needs of different architectural styles. This production line has a daily production capacity of up to 300 square meters and is suitable for the exterior walls, interior partition walls, and separating walls of prefabricated buildings.

The above-mentioned equipment significantly improves the production efficiency and quality stability of prefabricated house components by replacing traditional on-site wet operations with mechanized production, serving as an important technological support for the development of modern building industrialization.
