Prefabricated House Finished Building Solution

Admin September 18, 2026

The prefabricated house finished building solution mainly includes four core steps: digital precision design, factory assembly-line prefabrication, integrated packaging and transportation, and efficient hoisting and assembly, along with detailed finishing and acceptance.

Digital Precision Design, Whole-House Layout in Advance: In the early stages of house construction, BIM digital modeling technology is relied upon to conduct comprehensive and precise planning of the house structure, layout, water and electricity pipelines, and decoration layout. This technology can simulate the construction process, identify and resolve potential issues in advance, eliminating errors and rework in traditional construction and achieving integrated and standardized whole-house design. For example, through three-dimensional models, material quantities can be accurately calculated, space utilization optimized, and coordination among various systems ensured.

Factory Assembly-Line Prefabrication, Whole-House Finished Products Delivered: More than 70% of the construction processes traditionally carried out on-site are transferred to intelligent factories for completion, including steel structure welding, wall pouring, insulation and waterproofing installation, pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines, interior decoration, and installation of bathroom fixtures. Each room is an independent standardized module that has been fully decorated before leaving the factory, eliminating the need for secondary construction. Taking the China State Construction Engineering Corporation's Hailong Intelligent Construction Industrial Park in Shenzhen, Guangdong, as an example, it has an annual delivery capacity of 20,000 to 30,000 modules, covering key components such as ceilings, walls, and bathroom waterproof layers, significantly improving production efficiency and quality stability.

Integrated Packaging and Transportation, Efficient Hoisting and Assembly: After waterproofing and reinforcement treatments, the prefabricated modules are transported to the construction site by special vehicles or ocean freight. On-site, hoisting equipment is used to quickly assemble the modules according to a preset plan, achieving a maximum of two floors per day and reducing the overall construction period by more than 50% compared to traditional buildings. For example, the 63 sets of Chinese prefabricated elderly care apartments purchased by the UK were fully assembled in just 14 days after arrival, demonstrating the efficiency and replicability of this technology.

Detailed Finishing and Acceptance, Ready for Immediate Use: After assembly is complete, workers carry out node reinforcement, exterior wall finishing, pipeline debugging, and site cleanup. Once acceptance is passed, the building can be directly used for residence, office, or commercial purposes. This solution is suitable for rapid implementation in various scenarios, such as post-disaster reconstruction, temporary housing, and commercial complexes. Through standardized processes and modular design, it achieves seamless integration from production to use.
