Prefabricated House Finished Aluminum Alloy

Admin September 18, 2026

The applications of prefabricated house finished aluminum alloy are mainly reflected in three aspects: all-aluminum alloy houses, aluminum alloy formwork construction, and finished partitions.

In the field of all-aluminum alloy houses, there are prefabricated houses made entirely of aluminum alloy, such as the VESSEL Micro-Accommodation Space Capsule. These houses are constructed using all-aluminum alloy materials combined with hot-dip galvanized steel frames, offering not only a stable structure but also excellent resistance to natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes. Their durability can reach up to 50 years, far exceeding that of traditional building materials. Additionally, insulation measures are implemented within the walls, effectively enhancing the living comfort of the houses.

Aluminum alloy formwork construction is another important application in the construction of prefabricated houses. In EMC prefabricated structures, aluminum alloy formwork is widely used in formwork sub-project construction. For example, in vertical components such as EMC prefabricated hollow shear walls, gaps are reserved at the bottom as cast-in-place bonding sections, and aluminum alloy formwork is separately configured to ensure construction accuracy and efficiency. In horizontal components, such as the bottom formwork for cast-in-place sections between prefabricated composite slabs, C-shaped aluminum alloy formwork is also used for splicing. This type of formwork offers advantages such as light weight, high strength, and ease of splicing, significantly improving construction efficiency.

Finished partitions, as a type of prefabricated building material, also feature aluminum alloy as their core component. They combine high-strength aluminum alloy frames with artistic panels, with the main frame adopting mold-prefabricated technology. These partitions possess characteristics such as rapid on-site assembly, impact resistance, and reusability. They are primarily used for indoor partitioning in office, commercial, and industrial spaces, offering not only aesthetic appeal but also strong practicality, meeting the needs of different space divisions. Moreover, due to their reusability, they significantly reduce renovation costs and time.
