Dimensions of Prefabricated Houses

Admin September 17, 2026

The common dimensions of single-story, double-story, and triple-story cement prefabricated houses, as well as the standard dimensions of prefabricated floor slabs, are as follows:

Dimensions of Cement Prefabricated Houses The common maximum width of single-story cement prefabricated houses is 12 meters, with lengths ranging from 3 meters and customizable to longer dimensions based on actual needs. This flexibility allows single-story prefabricated houses to adapt to different site and functional requirements, whether as temporary office spaces, warehouses, or residential areas, by adjusting the length to meet usage demands.

The common maximum width of double-story cement prefabricated houses is also 12 meters, with lengths typically at 5 meters, but also customizable based on needs. The double-story structure increases usable area, making it suitable for scenarios requiring more functional partitions or occupant capacity, such as school classrooms and community activity centers.

The common maximum width of triple-story cement prefabricated houses is 12 meters, with lengths generally at 7 meters, also customizable for specific needs. The triple-story design further enhances space utilization, making it suitable for use as office buildings, dormitories, or small commercial buildings, meeting scenarios with high vertical space requirements.

Dimensions of Prefabricated Floor Slabs The standard length range of prefabricated floor slabs is from 3 meters to 4.2 meters, increasing in increments of 30 centimeters. This specification design balances transportation convenience and construction efficiency, with the longest commonly used in ordinary residences being 4.2 meters. For longer floor slabs, custom production is required to meet the needs of special building structures.

The widths of prefabricated floor slabs mainly come in two specifications: 500mm and 600mm, which can be selected based on building layout and load requirements. In terms of thickness, 120mm is the standard size, suitable for ordinary residences and light buildings. If water pipes or electrical wires need to be embedded in the floor slab, it is recommended to choose a thickness of at least 150mm to ensure structural safety and the rationality of pipeline layout.

The above dimension data are common specifications. In actual projects, they need to be comprehensively determined in combination with design specifications, load requirements, and construction conditions. If necessary, communication with prefabricated component manufacturers for customization plans is advisable.
