Prefabricated House Design Drawings

Admin September 19, 2026

The following is an introduction to the design drawings of different types of prefabricated houses:

Two-story New Chinese Style Villa: With a width of 15.42 meters and a depth of 10.7 meters, this two-story design features a large terrace. The drawings include structural optimization annotations, door and window positioning, and pipeline avoidance tips. The first floor features an entrance hall directly opposite the living room, providing ample natural light; the dining room is on the west side, adjacent to the kitchen, ensuring a logical flow; and there are three bedrooms on the east side, with two facing south and the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. The second floor has four bedrooms, evenly distributed and all facing south, with the master bedroom including an en-suite bathroom and a living room, offering strong privacy; a large terrace on the west side is equipped with sun umbrellas and leisure furniture, suitable for sightseeing and relaxation; and a balcony on the north side enhances ventilation and lighting.

Two-story Simple European Style Villa: Available in two sizes, one with a width of 13 meters and a depth of 10 meters, featuring Roman columns; and the other with a width of 8.4 meters and a depth of 13.36 meters, with a large terrace but no Roman columns, both designed for two stories. The drawings also include structural optimization annotations, door and window positioning, and pipeline avoidance tips. Taking the 8.4-meter width and 13.36-meter depth model as an example, the first floor features a living room at the entrance with good southern exposure, a dining room adjacent to the kitchen for a smooth flow; and two bedrooms on the north side, one with an en-suite bathroom and another with a shrine area. The second floor has three bedrooms, two facing south and one facing north, all with en-suite bathrooms; a study in the middle can be flexibly adjusted for use; and a large terrace on the south side is equipped with sun umbrellas and furniture, suitable for leisurely sightseeing.

One-story Rural Self-built House Villa: With a width of 16.76 meters and a depth of 9.38 meters, this design features six bedrooms symmetrically arranged along the central axis. The drawings include architectural drawing pitfalls to avoid, such as detailed reinforcement drawings for door and window openings and roof drainage slope calculation tables; key structural construction nodes, such as graded design of strip foundation widths and ring beam reinforcement drawings; and water and electricity pre-embedding guidelines, such as overhead design for water supply pipes and separate installation of strong and weak electrical boxes. The layout features a zero-step design throughout the house to prevent falls by the elderly; the master bedroom is only 2.1 meters away from the bathroom, ensuring a short and safe nighttime route; an integrated dining and kitchen design saves on food delivery routes; and the vestibule area doubles as a storage area for farming tools, preventing clutter from entering the house.

Large-width Rural One-story Self-built House Floor Plan: Includes practical models with widths of 15 meters, 16 meters, and more, with drawings that take into account the conditions of the homestead, family size, and living habits, ensuring that dimensions, functionality, and lighting are all realized on paper. Taking the 15-meter width model as an example, the entrance features an independent vestibule, with separate living and dining rooms; a tea room is independently set up in the upper left corner of the户型 (floor plan); bedrooms are arranged at both ends of the 户型 (floor plan); and a total of three bathrooms are set up throughout the house.
