Custom Installation Plan for Prefabricated Houses
The custom installation plan for prefabricated houses requires systematic planning from five aspects: construction deployment, installation process, installation requirements, technical process, and quality control to ensure the achievement of quality, safety, progress, and cost objectives.

I. Overall Construction Deployment
- Quality Objectives: Strictly adhere to the "Technical Specification for Prefabricated Concrete Structures". The foundation concrete strength should be ≥C30, the verticality deviation of prefabricated components should be ≤3mm/m, the surface flatness should be ≤5mm/2m, the position deviation of embedded parts should be ≤±5mm, the grout fullness should be ≥95%, and the deviation of the thickness of the steel bar protective layer should be ≤3mm.
- Safety Objectives: Achieve "zero deaths and zero serious injuries", with a minor injury frequency of ≤3‰. The certification rate of special operation personnel, the compliance rate of temporary electricity use, the pass rate of scaffold inspections, the inspection rate of lifting machinery, and the equipment rate of safety protection facilities should all reach 100%.
- Progress Objectives: The total construction period is 120 days, implemented in four stages:
- Stage 1 (45 days): Complete component detailed design and factory production;
- Stage 2 (50 days): On-site foundation construction and main structure installation (each floor cycle ≤7 days);
- Stage 3 (25 days): Decoration and equipment installation;
- Stage 4 (10 days): Completion acceptance and rectification.
- Cost Objectives: The unit construction cost should be ≤1800 yuan/㎡. Reduce material waste to below 3% and increase machinery utilization to above 85% through factory production. Specific measures include centralized steel bar processing, reducing on-site waste of concrete prefabricated components, ensuring template turnover times ≥30, and modular construction of water and electricity to reduce labor costs.
II. Installation Process
- On-site Preparation: Clear the site to ensure the installation environment meets requirements.
- Component Hoisting: Use tower cranes for hoisting. Use steel spreaders to prevent component deformation. Set lifting points reasonably to ensure horizontal hoisting and avoid bumping corners. After stable hoisting, move at a constant speed with manual assistance for centering and positioning.
- Component Connection: Connect according to design requirements. For example, sleeve grouting joints require grout strength ≥85MPa and inspection of grout fullness; grouted splice joints require verification of steel bar anchorage length and concrete grip strength.
- Component Adjustment: Fine-tune the position and angle to ensure structural stability.
- Acceptance: Check whether the installation quality meets design and national standards.
III. Installation Requirements
- Protect prefabricated components to avoid damage during transportation and installation.
- The installation quality must meet relevant national standards.
- Strengthen safety protection during installation, such as setting warning lines and wearing safety belts.
IV. Technical Workflow
Transfer control axes → Mark lines on the floor → Measure horizontal elevations → Install prefabricated wall panels one by one (place elevation spacers → hoist and position → temporarily fix → correct → install anchoring steel bars) → Bind reinforcing steel bars for cast-in-place shear walls (pre-embed mechanical and electrical concealed pipes) → erect support frames → install prefabricated stairs, balcony panels, and air conditioning panels → bind reinforcing steel bars for cast-in-place floor slabs (pre-embed mechanical and electrical concealed pipes) → pour concrete → cure. Complete the structures from the second to the eleventh floors following this process.
V. Quality Control
- Design Stage: Review the rationality of drawings and train design personnel to improve their skills.
- Production Stage: Monitor the production process of prefabricated components and inspect finished products for compliance with design requirements.
- Transportation Stage: Monitor the transportation process, check vehicle safety, and ensure components are undamaged.
- Installation Stage: Monitor the installation quality throughout the process and check key indicators during acceptance to ensure they meet standards.
