Construction Plan for Prefabricated House Cover Plates
Admin September 18, 2026
The construction plan for prefabricated house cover plates mainly includes two parts: construction preparation and main construction techniques and technical requirements, as detailed below:

I. Construction Preparation
- Technical Preparation: Organize technical personnel to review the drawings, verify the dimensions of the prefabricated cover plates, reinforcement configurations, and joint details; prepare a list of component processing, specifying quantities, specifications, and technical parameters; design the concrete mix ratio, such as a C30 concrete mix ratio of cement:sand:gravel:water = 1:1.85:3.26:0.45, with the addition of fly ash and water reducers to improve performance.
- Site Preparation:
- Prefabrication Site: Select an appropriate area, clear the surface, compact it thoroughly, lay a graded crushed stone base layer, and pour a concrete surface layer; set up prefabrication pedestals, control surface flatness errors, and install drainage ditches around the perimeter.
- Storage Site: Harden the ground near the prefabrication area, lay square wooden beams, store components by type in designated zones, and control stacking heights.
- Temporary Facilities: Erect a steel reinforcement processing shed, cement warehouse, sand and gravel yard, and office buildings; install transformers and backup generators.
- Material Preparation:
- Raw Materials: Select ordinary Portland cement of the corresponding grade, use medium sand for sand, continuous graded crushed stone for gravel, and specific grades of steel reinforcement; all materials must pass inspection.
- Formwork: Use bamboo plywood of a specific thickness to make side forms, square wood as back ribs, and配套 (matching) tie bolts for fixation; seal joints with double-sided adhesive tape.
- Embedded Parts: Pre-fabricate lifting hooks, connection steel plates, etc., and control the embedding depth of the lifting hooks.
- Equipment Preparation: Equip with a concrete mixing plant, immersion vibrators, steel bar cutters, steel bar benders, electric welders, gantry cranes, watering trucks, total stations, and other equipment.
II. Main Construction Techniques and Technical Requirements
- Base Treatment and Release Agent Application: Lay a plastic film as an isolation layer on a flat and solid base surface, wet the base surface with water to aid film adhesion, and overlap joints tightly.
- Steel Reinforcement Processing and Installation: Remove oil and other contaminants from the steel reinforcement surface, cut and bend according to the design drawings, bind firmly, ensure accurate dimensions of the formed skeleton, and press the binding wire ends inward.
- Formwork Support: Prefer steel formwork, apply a special release agent before formwork installation, install firmly with tight joints, check the diagonal lengths of rectangular cover plates, and clean debris inside the formwork.
- Installation of Protective Layer Spacers: After placing the steel reinforcement in the formwork, bind a sufficient number of concrete spacers; the spacer strength should not be lower than that of the main concrete, arrange them staggered, and bind them firmly.
- Concrete Pouring and Vibration: Mix strictly according to the mix ratio, ensure slump and mixing time; vibrate with an immersion vibrator, insert quickly and withdraw slowly, distribute points evenly, and avoid colliding with the formwork and steel reinforcement.
- Concrete Surface Finishing: Initially smooth the surface after initial setting, and finally compact and finish between initial and final setting.
