Currently, we cannot directly provide images of prefabricated house beams, but we can introduce relevant knowledge about them.

Definition and Function of Prefabricated House Beams
Prefabricated beams are the main horizontal load-bearing components in prefabricated house structures, playing a crucial role in transferring upper loads to vertical load-bearing structures such as columns and walls. Their design must meet requirements for strength, stiffness, and durability to ensure the overall stability of the building. In prefabricated house modules, prefabricated beams, along with prefabricated concrete modules and prefabricated slabs, form the basic structural units. Standardized production improves construction efficiency and ensures quality control.
Composition and Production of Prefabricated House Beams
1. Structural Composition Prefabricated beams are typically composed of a steel reinforcement framework and concrete casting. The steel reinforcement framework provides tensile strength, while the concrete forms a compressive composite structure by encasing the steel. Depending on design requirements, the beam may be equipped with longitudinal load-bearing steel bars, stirrups, and structural steel bars to handle stresses in different directions.
2. Production Process
- Mold Preparation: Custom steel molds are made according to the beam's dimensions and specifications, ensuring smooth inner walls and dimensional accuracy that meet design requirements.
- Steel Bar Arrangement: Longitudinal steel bars are fixed within the mold at the designed spacing, and stirrups are tied to form a stable framework. Key steps include straightening the steel bars to avoid local stress concentrations.
- Concrete Casting: High-strength concrete is poured into the mold, requiring layered vibration to compact it and eliminate air bubbles, preventing defects such as honeycombing and pitting.
- Surface Treatment: After casting, a leveling process is used to make the surface flat, meeting the precision requirements for subsequent installation and connection.
- Mold Removal and Curing: Once the concrete reaches the designed strength, the mold is removed, and standard curing (such as spraying water for moisture retention and covering with insulation film) is carried out to enhance durability.
Advantages of Applying Prefabricated House Beams
1. Improved Construction Efficiency Standardized factory production shortens on-site construction periods, reduces wet operations such as formwork erection and steel bar tying, and is particularly suitable for multi-story or large-scale construction projects.
2. Enhanced Quality Control The industrialized production environment eliminates on-site construction errors, and key parameters such as concrete mix ratios and steel bar cover thickness are precisely controlled by automated equipment, reducing structural safety hazards.
3. Significant Environmental Benefits Reduces on-site construction waste generation, and prefabricated beams can be reused in temporary structures or renovation projects, aligning with the trend of green building development.
