Prefabricated House Assembly Finished Product
The prefabricated house assembly finished product is the result of a construction model where the building is disassembled into independent modules, manufactured in a factory, and then transported to the construction site for assembly.

Factory Manufacturing Process
Inside the factory, all processes including wall, floor, plumbing, electrical, and interior decoration are completed in the workshop. Taking the intelligent super factory in Longgang, Shenzhen as an example, the production line incorporates robots and sensors. Each module undergoes full-process construction, including structural welding, pipeline embedding, and interior decoration. Upon leaving the factory, the module has become a "finished room". A concealed work inspection robot uses laser scanning to inspect the interior of the module and automatically compares it with the design drawings to ensure construction accuracy. A QR code is placed on the side of the module, allowing for the query of detailed information such as the production date and quality inspection report, enabling full-process traceability.
On-site Assembly Process
At the construction site, a crane lifts the modular building, which takes only about 20 minutes from the ground to its designated position. After the module is hoisted into place, workers only need to tighten screws and connect pipelines to complete the assembly of that floor. For example, a 16-story building in Longgang, Shenzhen, is assembled from 298 modules. From the first hoisting, it takes only 120 days for the modular part to be ready for delivery. The Futian Anju Jingxin Yuan project, from the first module hoisting to the completion of the 30-story, nearly 100-meter-high building with fine decoration, took only 148 days, providing 696 sets of affordable housing with over 800 standardized modules.
Advantages of Modular Construction
Compared to traditional construction methods, modular construction offers significant advantages. Short construction period: The construction cycle can be shortened by more than 60%, and on-site labor is reduced by about 50%. Quality control: Factory production ensures the construction accuracy and quality consistency of each module. Energy conservation and environmental protection: It significantly reduces noise, dust, construction waste, and traffic congestion at the construction site, which are disruptive factors. Easy maintenance: Modular design facilitates later maintenance and renovation, reducing maintenance costs.
