Production Method
When making prefabricated concrete slabs for roof construction, first, neatly stack hollow bricks to a height of three layers in the corner of the wall. Wet them with water and then prepare cement mortar. After the water has dried, place cut-length steel bars into the hollow bricks at both ends (pad the bottom of the hollow bricks with about 10 centimeters of dry sand to make the protruding parts of the steel bars). Then, fill the holes with the steel bars with the mixed cement mortar and wait for it to solidify. During this period, make steel bar columns with steel bars, place them on both sides of the roof wooden boards, assemble the made concrete slabs, and let the protruding steel bars at both ends of the slabs fit exactly into the steel bar columns. After assembly, place steel bars horizontally and vertically on top, then spread and level the mixed concrete, and the roof can be capped.
