Specifications of Prefabricated Concrete Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

The specifications of prefabricated concrete houses cover standard dimensions, customized dimensions, specific component dimensions, and allowable deviations, as detailed below:

I. Standard Dimensions
The standard dimensions of prefabricated concrete houses vary depending on the number of floors. For single-story houses, common dimensions are 6m×3m, 8m×3m, 10m×3m, and 12m×3m, with widths typically ranging from 3 to 6 meters and heights from 2.5 to 5 meters. For multi-story houses, common dimensions for double-story houses are 7.2m×3.3m×3.0m and 8.1m×3.3m×3.0m, with total heights typically ranging from 4 to 6 meters and each floor height from 2.5 to 3 meters; for triple-story houses, total heights typically range from 6 to 9 meters, with each floor height also from 2.5 to 3 meters.

II. Customized Dimensions
Prefabricated concrete houses offer high flexibility in customization. Widths typically range from 3 to 4 meters, increasing in increments of 10 centimeters (e.g., 3.1 meters, 3.2 meters), with special requirements allowing for deviations from the standard range, such as 7.2 meters or 7.6 meters. Lengths can be adjusted flexibly according to site conditions, such as 6.6 meters (outer diameter), with some projects supporting longer customized lengths. Heights and the number of floors can also be customized according to needs, such as single-story or double-story structures, or even higher floors.

III. Specific Component Dimensions
The dimensions of components in prefabricated concrete houses are clearly specified. For residential use, the common span of prefabricated concrete slabs is 4.2 meters, with customization required for spans exceeding this; widths are primarily 500mm and 600mm; and thicknesses are commonly 120mm and 150mm. The wall thickness of prefabricated concrete house components must be ≥150mm, with eave lengths ranging from 0 to 1200mm.

IV. Allowable Deviations in Dimensions
To ensure construction quality, strict standards are in place for allowable deviations in the dimensions of prefabricated concrete houses. For length, deviations are ±10mm for lengths ≤6000mm and ±15mm for lengths >6000mm; for width, deviations are ±25mm for widths ≤6000mm and ±20mm for widths >6000mm; for height, deviations are ±15mm for both heights ≤6000mm and >6000mm; and for wall thickness, deviations range from -2mm to +5mm. Additionally, parameters such as flatness, end-face inclination, and door/window positions have specific standards that must comply with relevant requirements.
