Prefabricated Concrete House Foundation Embedded Parts

Admin September 19, 2026

Prefabricated concrete house foundation embedded parts are components pre-embedded in concealed works, used to connect the superstructure or fix external equipment, with the core function of providing stable anchoring points for the building.

Materials and Classifications

Embedded parts come in a variety of materials. Metallic types (such as steel bars and cast iron) are widely used due to their high strength and durability. Non-metallic types (such as wood and plastic) are used in specific scenarios, such as for corrosion resistance or insulation requirements. Based on the timing of formation, they can be classified into two categories:

  1. Pre-embedded parts: Installed before concrete pouring, common types include claw-type embedded parts (which enhance grip through anchor claws) and slot-type embedded parts (which facilitate adjustment of installation positions). These are mostly used in scenarios requiring precise connections, such as building curtain walls and equipment foundations.
  2. Post-installed embedded parts: Fixed with chemical anchors or expansion bolts after concrete hardening, suitable for renovation or reinforcement projects.

Based on function, embedded parts can also be classified as load-bearing embedded parts (which bear loads such as tension, compression, and shear) and structural embedded parts (which only serve for positioning or connection).

Structural Composition

A typical embedded part consists of an anchor bar and an anchor plate:

  • Anchor bar: The part embedded in the concrete, usually made of steel bars or section steel, fixed to the anchor plate through mechanical connections or welding, and transferring loads to the foundation.
  • Anchor plate: The exposed part, providing a connection interface, with a flat surface to ensure a good fit with the superstructure.

Installation Process and Key Technologies

  1. Process Flow:

    • Fabrication: Cut and bend the anchor bars according to the drawings, and weld the anchor plates to ensure dimensional accuracy.
    • Positioning: Use a total station or laser level to mark the positions of the embedded parts, with errors controlled within the design-allowed range (e.g., ±2mm).
    • Fixing: Temporarily fix the embedded parts with supports or formwork to prevent displacement during pouring.
    • Re-measurement: Check the positions again before pouring, and immediately re-measure and record deviations after pouring. Adjustments (such as tapping or welding reinforcement) are required if the limits are exceeded.
  2. Technical Measures:

    • Technical Disclosure and Acceptance: Before installation, technicians should provide detailed technical disclosure to the construction team, checking specifications and quantities. Before pouring, acceptance by supervisors and quality personnel is required, with signatures confirming before construction can proceed.
    • Pouring Protection: The vibrating rod should not directly collide with the embedded parts to avoid loosening the anchor bars. Concrete should be poured from the side to reduce impact on the embedded parts.
    • Corrosion Protection: Wrap nuts with oil paper or plastic film before and after pouring to prevent rusting. The surfaces of metallic embedded parts can be painted with anti-rust paint.

Application Scenarios

Embedded parts are widely used in industrial plants (for equipment foundation fixation), high-rise buildings (for curtain wall connections), bridge engineering (for support anchoring), and other fields. Their installation quality directly affects structural safety and equipment stability, requiring strict adherence to specifications.
